Perfect if you wish to throw money away…
Made an order for a special evening only to get a message from DHL saying I won’t be getting the delivery on time, although this isn’t actually down to NIN they could at least either answer the phone, or Facebook post, or Facebook message or make sure that the number they have advertised actually exists. What a waste of money and a waste of my time, and my evening ruined.

Hi Michael, we're sorry that your parcel has not arrived as expected and that it affected your evening.
Our office hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, and these are clearly displayed on both our Google profile and social media. As your messages came through outside of those hours, we weren't able to respond straight away - though we did follow up as soon as we were back in the office.
Your order was dispatched on time from our side, and the delay was unfortunately due to the package being damaged while in transit with DHL - something completely outside of our control.
