My granddaughter is just over 1

My granddaughter is just over 1. She can be a picky eater, but a really good eater. However, when I fed her the chicken meatballs and noodles, she said one word I have never heard her say yet. "Umm. Good". It was the best day hearing that. Can not wait for her to try more.

Perfection!

The meals are a perfect portion/mixture of healthy veggies and meats. They are so good! When our baby doesn’t have an appetite, my wife doesn’t mind when she shares.

●●● Second post of this review because the first one got taken off. The company challenged it and I didn't respond quick enough to keep it on. (of course they did)
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE AND I'M SHARING IT!

Change the way you do business. If I put my account on pause, it should stay on pause until I decide to resume it. Your company should not have the power to resume it on their own. Not only was this confusing, but I got food orders that I did not want. When I explained that to you, you had a "Too Bad" attitude. You continue to send me a box that we didn't want and you billed me.
You got your money, and now I'm writing a review about it.

A rip off .... I don't like that this company can unpaid your account!
Initially I signed up to have this service delivered to my grandson. The first delivery was delivered to the mailroom near the office of the place where my daughter lives. She didn't get it until someone in the office brought it to her attention. By that time the food was warm, she certainly was not going to feed to her child. So I called the company and they were kind enough to replace it. In the meantime a second box was going out. I called to put the box on pause, my daughter wasn't sure that the baby was enjoying these meals. She called me to tell me that she received another box, I told her that I had put it on pause. I tried calling, I thought it was the weekend but it wasn't, I remember that's because I got a recording saying that it was a long hold. I sat on hold for a while, I thought this was ridiculous so I hung up and forgot to call back. So now I'm getting another box delivered. I called up and spoke with the manager Michael, I told him I wanted my account closed, and completely removed from this platform. He told me that when you pause the platform it automatically resume. I told him that if somebody puts it on pause, it should be on pause until they take it off themselves not when the company decides to make it active again. I'm very upset I canceled completely. No company should have that power over your account. I am now getting two shipments sent that I don't want and I have to pay for. Horrible customer service and a horrible way to run a subscription. Just another company looking out for themselves.

Hi Desiree. Thanks for reaching out. We requested more information in order to ensure your feedback was based on a genuine experience, however, we weren't provided with the requested information. We regret to hear that you did not have a positive experience with our service. As we are a weekly subscription service, it is the responsibility of the account holder to manager their individual Nurture Life account which is stated at sign up and all of our email communications. A pause is a temporary hold, for up to three months, and the user determines the resume date. An immediate email is sent as confirmation, as well as two reminders prior to the account resuming to alert you that your account will become active again. Alternatively, you have the ability to cancel your Nurture Life account as well. At the point where your orders have already delivered and/or are in transit for delivery, we are not able to accept a return for refunds are your meals are made-to-order and perishable. We hope this clarifies but are certainly happy to assist you further via support@nurturelife.com. We appreciate your giving our meals and service a try.

The meals are easy to heat up and…

The meals are easy to heat up and freeze and re-heat if necessary. These are great for last minute meals when I haven't had time to think about what to make or when I'm just mentally exhausted from meal planning. My little one doesn't seem to like their mac and cheese but likes the other meals.

No stars deserved

No stars deserved. A scam of a business. Clearly they have done this to other people. I skipped a week, and their website was having issues so I made sure I ended up skipping and I saw it was skipped. They claim I never skipped a week but sent a box anyway. When I called after I saw a charge they claimed I never skipped it or that they saw I actually skipped and they weren’t going to refund me. They offered a credit towards future orders. Why would I want to use you when your faulty website has issues and I never received food yet and you refused to go and cancel or call shipment to cancel. Bizarre but when I dispute the charge they claim I signed for the package in the dispute but I wasn’t even home when it was delivered. The guy told me on phone I can decline order but who stands around waiting to decline an order? This business is a scam and customer service is crap. I will never put money into this business again. They needed more variety and options And half their options were crappy

We've reviewed our communication history and it looks like your experience took place in November of last year. We do have record that the order was delivered as scheduled, with a photograph from our delivery partner and unfortunately don't have any indication that the order was skipped successfully prior to your weekly cutoff. When a week is skipped, you'll immediately receive confirmation by email that includes the date of a skipped week. Unfortunately when an order is processed and shipped as scheduled, we do not offer refunds for your made-to-order meals.

My son loves these

My son loves these and he is 10 months! Both my husband and I work full time and have a 5 year old, so this has made our evenings so much easier.
