It's one of the most reliable banks out there. The service is very friendly, they help you with whatever you ask for, and they're quick, even with help over the phone. I feel very good about being a member of that branch.

I've been trying to open a business account at this branch for weeks. Every time I go down there, they tell me I need something different. The first person gave me a list of everything I needed. I provided all that documentation, but they told that one document was missing a page number so they could not open an account. I have never had so much difficulty trying to do business with a credit union. One would think they could at least get their story straight on what documentation I need.
