Organic Goodness for natural health
This is my third purchase of the Organic Pumpkin Seeds.Sunflower Seeds, Goji Berries mixture. Extremely good value for 1kg. I use it in Smoothies, and with Greek Yogurt, and mix it into my homemade bread. Deliciously satisfying and prevents the blood-sugar dropping at 11 am. Highly recommend this. I also have used the separate packs of Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds. Recommending this company to my friends and clients.
