Ordered £75 worth of products on May 17th and it still hasn’t arrived by 13th June. Delivery was quoted as 6-8 days. Multiple emails to support but no reply.

You’ve got my money, do your job.

Awful service.

Over and above people not checking the reviews (which sadly, I didn't 😕) I'm not sure how this company has any customers outside the USA. Like a lot of people, I foolishly bought some electronic products online from China during COVID; that was the last I saw of my money or the products. Obviously, it was the wild west back then. But this has similar vibes. I was after some supplements that were difficult to find elsewhere, so ordered where I could find them, from what looked like a reputable company. That was on 5th May. I received a receipt for the order on the day for the correct product/ amount; but then another receipt for £0 arrived, so looking like the order was cancelled. I didn't get a confirmation the order was being processed or dispatched afterwards. The receipt said shipping within 6 to 8 days to the UK. That was 16 days ago. Today, I received a random email, from what looks vaguely like Shopify, but with absolutely no information, completely vague & generic, other than it had been dispatched; almost like spam. Then I got a notification from Shop, again with no information, other than an invoice for the wrong amount, the wrong product and in Australian dollars 🤔 The product may or may not yet turn up, who knows. But given that there are a whole myriad of shopping fulfillment platforms out there, who can a deliver seamless shopping experience, why is this company such a complete shambles? I messaged their customer service team inside my account on their website: zero response to any of my 3 messages; it felt like I was shouting into space. If I ran a company this badly, I'd sack myself. Their fulfillment backend, customer Comms & general interest in making their customers satisfied aren't just bad, they amount to ZERO. I'm still none the wiser about when or if and what will turn up. As I said, there are so many shopping platforms out there, that even a chimp could set up an account & deliver a great experience for customers. So why is Nutricity so awful? Why doesn't it improve things after literally an avalanche of bad reviews? Because it doesn't care & counts on mugs like me not checking reviews. Don't be a mug like me. AVOID Nutricity like the plague 😡
UPDATE: Having ordered 2 bottles of this product on 5th May, I received an email from nutricity, the day after I posted this review, saying the order had been dispatched. Eventually, the parcel arrived on 27th May....with only half my order in it! I emailed customer services....I'm still awaiting a response.

My product never arrived, they never responded to my inquiry about where my product was.
