This product has gone down hill so fast since it has been owned by Nutrient IO. 5 months to get bugs fixed as they dont seem to care. costs increased by thousands of euros. Do not rely on this product look elsewhere for something reliable.

We’ve been long-time users of this platform (back when it was PSPDFKIT), but unfortunately, since the rebrand to Nutrient.io, the quality of both the product and the customer service has gone sharply downhill.

Their primary focus now seems to be on aggressively increasing prices at renewal l with disproportionate hikes that don’t align with product improvements or support levels. We trialled one of their new products, only to find that the licence keys failed to activate. Despite promptly notifying them, we were still charged and it took months to get the issue resolved and the charges cancelled.

Interactions with their account management team have been disappointing. One representative, Ollie, was particularly rude by implying we lacked “business sense” simply because we questioned the steep price increase and tried to stay within budget by requesting a downgrade. The only compromise offered was a three-year lock-in with 6% annual increases - hardly a fair or flexible solution.

In short, Nutrient.io no longer feels like a customer-focused company. I would not recommend them unless you’re prepared to deal with poor support, inflexible contracts, and rapidly rising costs.

They force customers to buy renewals by making license keys not working anymore, even that sold as lifetime license (for several thousand Euros).
