My journey started when I became aware of the fact that even though I had a University Degree in Food Science, but what I had been taught and knew about nutrition and more specifically dietary guidelines and their application was wrong! The awareness made me think and the action for change followed through.
Nutrition Network opened my eyes, gave me credibility, and provided me with great tools and knowledge to work independently as well as with other healthcare professionals and medical doctors. Nutrition Network helped me to understand the link between nutrition and metabolic health and the steps involved. I learned that change is never just one thing, it’s a lot of connected things, and sustained change doesn’t happen without a process that wraps in all of the pieces together.

I've been using Nutrition Network training for the last few years for both CPD purposes and expanding my knowledge further with in-depth courses.
