I was having financial problem and didn't realize how much the KPV supplements would end up costing after converting to US funds and I was given a total refund.

Awesome product, first time trying it and I love it, big difference from a regular pre workout and also the customer service is very good I'll keep buying from them..

They still have the OG Dark Labs Crack preworkout with 1,3 DMAA. I will continue to order from here.

I placed this order well before 3 pm ET and chose 2nd day shipping in order to receive it before a holiday weekend; this was because I was almost out of a specific product. Instead, the shipment was processed but held until the next day--and I didn't get it until Tuesday, the very same day that a backup order arrived. So really, I spent over $150 for an order I no longer need.

Service experience was great.5 stars there...but "crack " isn't what it's hyped up to be.especially not for 70 bucks a tub.2 scoops and it's ok for maybe 2-3 hours but not stronger or better than anything else out there.dont waste your money.

Since I started ordering from here, for one, they actually have the product I’ve been searching that not many have anymore, and it’s always easy and delivered in 2-3 days! They also always attach a small sample of gummy bears that I give to my daughter, love it!

I contacted customer service after having some issues placing an order as a brand new customer. Chris was very courteous and was willing to help any way he could (in the end it was my bank). I appreciated that he had the products I was looking for in stock! The shipping was very quick, and I had my order within about 3 days. I will definitely return!

You sold a product and shipped it to canada when other suppliers were reluctant to ship to my country.

I spoke to Chris who was very informative and told me the best pre workout to buy. I placed an order on a Wednesday and by Monday next week it arrived on my door step in sunny Australia. Fantastic service .
