After my partner spent six months searching for answers for her alopecia, finding Carmen was a total game-changer.

The testing process (DUTCH Plus Complete Test and Comprehensive Stool Test GI Map) was smooth, but what really stood out was Carmen’s ability to explain the results. She took incredibly complex language and medical data and made it clear and simple for us to understand. We finally felt like we had a roadmap rather than just a list of problems.

Her tailored supplement plan for gut health and sleep is clearly working. Recovery takes time, but the results are undeniable: my partner’s largest bald patch is no longer bald! Seeing hair grow back on all her patches has been a massive relief for both of us.

Carmen could not have been more helpful. The test kits were easy to use and quick to produce results, so I could get to work with Carmen, who was absolutely brilliant at translating everything into simple terms for me to understand.

I had a DUTCH test & GI Map + Zonulin to investigate potential reasons why I could be losing my hair (alopecia / patchy bald spots as well as thinning). I had a few areas that needed some TLC, and Carmen created a shopping list of suggested vitamins and supplements, with Natural Dispensary, to support my gut health and encourage better, deeper sleep.

I am happy to report that while recovering from alopecia isn't going to happen overnight, my hair is growing back!! My largest patch is around the size of a credit card - AND IS NO LONGER BALD :))... Which is a huge relief. The other patches (3), which are much smaller, only 1p, also now have small hairs coming through.

I first contacted Carmen at Nutrition Diets clinic 5 months ago after struggling for a long long time with my digestive health. Carmen is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring and very easy to work with. She suggested GI mapping which also tests for H Pylori (Helicobacter) and this in itself was fascinating and so informative as to what was going on in my body. From this I worked with Carmen to make a plan with my diet and supplements to treat the underlying issues. I have still got a long way to go as we haven't been working on this long but I can already feel a difference with my stomach and digestion after so many years of problems. For anyone feeling stuck with what else to try or do after everything else doesnt work I honestly cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I saw Carmen for several months, over the course of this time I sent multiple emails expressing concerns that my symptoms were getting worse . My concerns were brushed aside or dismissed as a normal part of the healing process. I have now been diagnosed with a chronic health condition which was left untreated for months due to false reassurance everything was fine.
I spent an AWFUL lot of money and felt my health concerns were not taken seriously or understood. Please be cautious about spending so much of your money on diet and supplements which in my case made things worse and delayed proper treatment.

Before consulting Carmen, I researched the background of several nutritional and functional health consultants. Carmen stood out for her comprehensive preparation and for her experience. I am happy to say that my research efforts really payed off. Carmen is an excellent consultant with qualities which are hard to find. The treatments and changes in life style that she suggested have been very effective. In my experience, she dedicates time to understand your state of health, your objectives, and any other constraint you might have, to come with a plan tailored to your needs. Also, the follow up that she gave was outstanding, and she has a notorious human warmth. All in all, based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend Carmen!

After working for decades with various Nutitionists and previously alternative practitioners, it is a massive relief to have FINALLY got some positive outcome from my ongoing IBD symptoms, while working with Carmen.

When my problem started, in the late 80's from taking Tetracycline (which massively disrupted by gut bacteria), it kicked off a period of decades long gut irritation / inflammation.

Really pleased to have found Nutrition Diets clinic. After explaining my symptoms to Carmen on a call, she recommended a gut microbiome test so we could investigate the causes. She put me on a special food and supplements program to balance my markers which came back as low plus various deficences. Will continue the plan and take another test in 6 months time so we can check progress and compare to my original test but already am feeling much better in comparison to when I first started with most of my symptoms completely gone. Brilliant stuff.

What a wonderful, kind and caring woman Carmen is! So after going back and forth to many NHS doctors with them basically telling me I had IBS and I would just have to manage. I was broken inside with terrible gut issues every single day and was honestly so confused and scared as I had no idea what was happening to me or where to begin to get rid of it.
