Hi Rachel, we apologise about your order not arriving yet. However we have not received any communication from you about this issue, our support team have looked into this and it is due to arrive today. There have been issues from the courier service but as you will see from the tracking number on the order it was dispatched on the 20th October after your order was placed the day before. UPDATE: Incorrect postcode was entered by mistake on checkout, courier unable to deliver item due to incorrect address. Correct address updated and new order sent to customer with no further issues.
