I tried five times to order a product


I tried five times to order a product from you and was taken through. Goodness knows how many processes to do so and in the end I've had to give up and go with another company.
I order stuff online all the time, and I've never had a problem with another site like I have with yours. Such a shame as the product looks very good and a good price.
