Good price and quick delivery.

Finally, I don't have to do time-consuming research because Nutrizone.co.uk offers most supplements that my acupuncturist recommended to me. They are of high quality and very competitive prices. Fast delivery and professional customer service.

Very quick delivery, big assortment of products in really good price.

I placed an order online on 25th June. The website claims to dispatch on the next working day, which would be the 26th. However despite claiming delivery is 48hour Royal Mail tracked, I still haven’t received my order or even an email confirming my order has been sent with a tracking number. I emailed nutrizone yesterday and still haven’t had a response.

I won’t be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise anyone else doing so in the future. I’m now out of pocket without any sign of receiving my items.

I was hoping they would have at least responded to my email so leaving a bad review wouldn’t have been necessary, but I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same position as myself.

I have ordered supplements a few times from this company, in every order I made the excellent service has been consistent, thank you.

Fake advertisement.
It’s said on their website that if you order within x hours you could get the same day dispatch. However, until now I haven’t got the email of shipment. Also, they refund me without notifying me the lack of products and didn’t contact with me to hear my opinion. 😅

I placed an order over a week ago and I still haven't received an email saying that my order has been dispatched. Looking at the Nutrizone website their shipping and delivery policy states as follows

"All items sold are UK stock and we aim to dispatch our orders on the same day (orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday) or within 24 hours from the purchase at the latest. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way."

This doesn't seem to be the case as I am well over that time period already.

I have since emailed with no reply. I have tried using the telephone number which no answers, so after the 5th attempt I left a voicemail with my contact number hoping they would give me a call back. I have also DM'd on their Instagram page with no reply. I wanted to give them time to explain what has happened before I left a negative review but they are obviously not very bothered and would rather just steal my money. I chose Nutrizone as they seemed slightly cheaper than my usual supplier but since being robbed by nutrizone its cost me twice as much because I have had to order with my usual reliable supplier..... I guess that has taught me that cheaper isn't always better!!! I would use Powerbody in future guys

I placed my first order yesterday and today I received an email informing that the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available. I doubt I will deal with them again. Waste of time.

I have used a number of unreliable companies for supplements over the years, some of them with a UK website who were not based in the UK and it sometimes took weeks for stuff to arrive, and in some cases, didn't receive orders. So I had relied on Amazon for most things, but needed something that Amazon do not stock. After much googling, I found the Nutrizone website and first of all, was reassured to see they actually had a UK address. I ordered two days ago, received an email confirmation straight away and then later that day, the tracking details. I have just received what I ordered. well packed, long use by dates, reasonable prices, VERY PLEASED, thank you, I will return!
