You cancelled my order with no explanation, cleared my payment and then made me wait for my refund. All the time with no correspondence or replies to my communications.

Not recommended
ordered a nuts & bolt display from these guys. Parcelforce have decided to only try and deliver in the evening when we are shut. Have spoken to nut n bolts online chat, no reply after 2 days, no number on there website but after finding it, no answer after trying for two days, there email box is full so can't email them. I did get an email 10 mins before they close saying to phone if it's important, but the next day i still cannot get anyone to respond.

I received a partial refund with no explanation. Tried to contact your customer service by phone a number of times to no avail. Sent an email to customer service and again no response. I’m still waiting a full refund

good price and quality products
good price and quality products, let down by parcelforce not delivering on time ordered thursday supposed to deliver on saturday didnt turn up until tuesday. Ok it was easter weekend but farcelforce tracking kept on insisting saturday delivery

Chimney pot bird cage
Easy to find what I wanted, description of each item is good and the choice of finish was good, fast delivery. Item is extremely sturdy thick metal and very well made and more importantly a reasonable price

Bad experience
The item I ordered was out of stock and so instead of contacting me sent something completely different. I was sent 3 small vases rather than a large one and an oil burner. I needed a tall vase for a bunch of flowers. I have tried to contact the firm for a refund by email and phone to send items back with no success.
