Great quality products and quick delivery

The product displayed in the website without proper description of the amount, received a product not like expected.

Items sent promptly. One jar came broken but was refunded immediately. Would buy from them again.

I'm a relatively new customer but I've tried a few products & they are all amazing.

I really care about what I eat so I'm always looking for food without anything unnecessary added.

I used to think I didn't need a nutty chocolate spread in my life but now I've tried this I realise I DO! What's amazing is I can eat it completely guilt free because the ingredient list reads like something you'd find at a health spa but tastes like something from a gourmet chocolate shop.

I can also recommend the Sesame & Date as well as the chocolate covered nuts & the roasted nuts that I've tried.

We absolutely love Nutural World products - the nutty chocolate spread is healthy and delicious, the other spreads are yummy and can also be used in baking - we made pistachio cookies...yum!

Prompt delivery. I'm totally addicted to this spread now. Who needs opioids when you can have carob and hazelnut spread?

The natural world products are so tasty. A favourite with us is the smooth macadamia and cashew butters. A real bonus is the prompt dispatch and delivery often within 24 hrs. Thank you.

Very responsive and good quality products

Glass jars need much more packaging than a single bubble bag. Three of four had smashed lids and/or broken membranes. Phoned and spoke to owner immediately and emailed photo as requested, was ensured of replacements but have heard/received nothing yet.

24 March - just checked my email outbox and resent to NW admin email.

26 March - as second email did not arrive, we moved to WhatsApp and the situation has been resolved. I was offered a full refund although I prefer to have the products replaced as they are fabulous and I would not use any others. Already had a text to say they are in transit. Many thanks, Mordechai, for an amazing product and swift resolution of the issue.

Being able to buy tree nuts which have been processed without any possible contact with peanuts is so helpful! I can now include nuts in my diet - at least at home using Nutural World ingredients. Really like the almonds and pecans in particular and am now trying the smooth chocolate spread.. The service and deliveries are very efficient too although I would like to see some alternative refill packaging if something suitable becomes available.

The products are great, very tasty. I especially love the Turkish delight, pistachio and pine nut butter. Delivery has always been quick.

Delivered exactly what was ordered within expected timescale.

Great products , the only issue is that they used bubble wrap to protect the jars instead of a more environmentally friendly option .

Excellent products, desperately needed for peanut allergy sufferers. Well priced and always delivered promptly.
