We’re sorry to read this, Atif, as it does not reflect the full or accurate picture of your experience with us.

You enrolled with us in December 2023 on a 12-month interest-free payment plan, which we have continued to support flexibly well beyond the original term to ensure you could continue progressing.

In relation to exam vouchers, we have provided official CompTIA learning and exam vouchers for A+ Core 1, A+ Core 2 and Security+. At the time this review was written, no exam vouchers had been purchased independently. Following our subsequent discussion, you then provided evidence of a Network+ voucher, which we promptly credited in full (£180) to your account.

We have consistently supported you throughout your course and made a number of accommodations to enable you to continue your studies.

We remain committed to supporting our students fairly and transparently and would welcome the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns with you directly.

Your earlier feedback, shared after four months of study, was greatly appreciated and followed the change to your career pathway, which we were happy to accommodate at no extra cost. We understand how important timely and clear communication is, and we're sorry if this fell short for you.

Following our recent discussions, we’ve reviewed the situation in detail. It appears there was some confusion around course completion requirements for the exam, and we accept that our communication could have been clearer in response to your email. Your feedback has been helpful in highlighting how we can improve.

To ensure you feel fully supported moving forward, we’ve cancelled your Scholarship Payment Plan, refunded your most recent payment, and provided 12 months of continued access and support for your new CompTIA Tech+ certification.

It was great news that you passed your CompTIA ITF+ exam on the second attempt and we were pleased to include the re-sit as part of our unlimited re-sits guarantee.

We sincerely apologise if you feel some of our responses have not been as quick as you and we would like. Whilst we always try to respond to student support requests as soon as possible, sometimes we are restricted by our external partners response times and exam policies.

All students have up to 3 years course access to ensure they have plenty of time to complete the certifications and allow for any unforeseen delays or personal life events, and we have just added an additional 3 months to your course access time to allow for the small delays we encountered when booking and completing your CompTIA ITF+ exam and re-sit.

We will also review our Student Support processes based on your feedback, whilst we agree personal study plans and timelines with many of our students and are always available to help, we agree that this is something that would benefit all students.
