I've been waiting for 3 months and nothing has arrived yet

Did not receive order. I emailed twice to ask where it was and did not get anything back. Haven’t heard a single thing from them so essentially they’ve taken my money, not sent me my product and then ignored me.

I have never received my order nor any messages to explain the circumstance although I have sent numerous email inquiries.

I’ve ordered about a month ago, got my order# confirmed but nothing yet! I sent an email & we’ll see about a reply but I doubt it. DONT ORDER AT THIS SCAM!!

Haven’t received my order yet can’t find any tracking info for my order not pleased at all

I don't receive any shipment information, I don't receive any package in my address, I don't get an answer to my e-mails, and I just look the website and, it disappeared. I loose my 80bucks, and I would never see them again, if I would bought in aliexpress, I will be probably using such a cool clothes right now. I hate my life. And if someone of nvstudio is reading this, F&%$K YOU AND F&$&$#&-K YOU TOO, DONNA

I cannot track my order to see when it will be here and I emailed the support email and I have gotten no response. If I don't get a reply by tomorrow I will call my back and tell them to dispute the money I paid for the stuff.

I ordered an item around about a month ago, I received confirmation of my email, but am still yet to get a response to say whether this has been shipped.

I have emailed their customer support, asking where the item is and the status of my order, as payment has been taken from me, and yet I am without my order, none the wiser as to whether it will be arriving.

Update as of 07-02-2020: the website has now disappared, lost that last little bit of hope of receiving my item.

Update as of 10-02-2020: I have reported the business to the American Federal Trade Comission.

I didn't get any information about my order, you haven't answer on my letter and didn't send me my air-waybill

Got a email about Dionna refunding me never refunded me she said it would take up to 5-10 business days it’s been a day over 2 weeks and still hasn’t responded to and of my emails this is bull crap

After 2 months, where my package or my refund ? You got my money but nothing was sent to me.
I sent you email many times and now you didn't reply.

After payment, i waited more than 5 weeks but u cannot ship anything. You told me refund will be processed in 2 weeks, and after 4 weeks, still nothing !!!
