I'm genuinely sorry that your experience with us was so disappointing, and I sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused.

In the last 12 months, we went through significant staffing changes, redundancies, and had to relocate our workshop twice. This caused major disruption to the business and, unfortunately, resulted in delays and a breakdown in our customer communication. While this provides some context, I fully appreciate that it doesn't excuse the experience you had.

I can confirm that your order was subsequently refunded. Although I'm sorry we weren't able to complete your order on this occasion, I hope the refund brought the matter to a close.

I'm pleased to say that our workshop has now successfully relocated to Cambridgeshire, and we are back on track. Orders are being completed and dispatched on schedule, and our communication with customers has been restored to the standard it should always have been.

We did try to call you several times over the past week to update you on your order, the only correspondence we received from you other than this was the one you sent through our website earlier today.

My colleague spoke with you this afternoon and explained that we’re waiting on a stock delivery. You confirmed you’re happy to wait for the items, and we’ll dispatch them as soon as the stock arrives.

Your order was dispatched and delivered several weeks ago, and we’ve had no messages from you to say there were any problems.

As the order was placed through Not On The High Street, any refunds or support have to go through their system. If you contact NOTHS customer service, they will confirm the delivery details and help you from their side.

If you need us to resend the tracking information, just let us know through the NOTHS order page.

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your patience and for updating your review once your order had arrived. I'm delighted to hear that you're pleased with the quality of the doorstops and that they made it safely to Vancouver.

I also appreciate your feedback regarding the fit. We always manufacture the slot to the measurements provided and leave a small clearance around the door to allow the doorstop to slide on and off easily. As every installation is slightly different, if anyone is unsure about their measurements, we're always happy to offer advice before the order is made.

After reviewing the situation, I made the decision to refund your order rather than keep you waiting any longer for a product that I wasn't able to complete within a reasonable timeframe. I felt that this was the fairest course of action, although I'm sorry that it came after such a long delay.
