The Natural Wood Company uk ltd レビュー

I ordered 4 of the wooden bookmarks. I'm so happy with them, they are absolutely beautiful. A perfect Christmas present for my mum, dad and two of my closest friends.

I ordered a Doorstop as a present. Unfortunately the timber was out of stock - I didn't know this at the time of ordering and I probably wouldn't have placed the order as I wanted it quickly. However, once I chased the order it was put on high priority and arrived very quickly, so thank you. The recipient of the present was delighted. The product was good quality and the service was great once the problem had been addressed

Lovely bookmark, purchased to mark a milestone birthday. Super quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Amazing, we already have a Christmas Tree which we love but I bought my husband oak salt and pepper grinders for our wedding anniversary, he loved them. Highly recommended, thank you

Product is lovely and just what I wanted, but service and delivery times were awful. Was told twice the product was out for delivery and had to keep chasing. When I asked for a full refund my order was delivered the next day,

Beautiful doorstop, great craftsmanship. It took a lot longer to arrive than advertised. Had a quick response to both emails I sent and an honest explanation as to the delay. Extend your delivery times and that will manage expectations of arrival. It is such a great product. Well packaged as well.

Lovely item. And quick delivery thank you.

Such a nice company to deal with
It was worth the wait I had a beautiful bespoke doorstop made. Steve the owner helped me measure whilst on the phone so it was just perfect.
Thankyou so much and I highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I placed an order for a doorstop on 9th August and have literally heard nothing since, despite several chaser emails.
I have no idea what is going on and I just want someone to respond to me.

Beautifully made, fits perfectly. Had a door destroyed by the wind as door stop failed, problem now solved

Great fit happy with product it just took a long time

Lovely quality product can’t wait to put my tree up.
Delivery date suggested on order form did not quite match date delivered but owner did keep me informed.
So pleased to buy an alternative Christmas tree which is made in UK.

Love them. The fit perfectly in my kitchen. Very sturdy and love the engraving.

Absolutely lovely Tea & Sugar jars! I have been looking for years for the right ones! Thanks to Olivia Bowen for sharing this company. I will be purchasing more items in the future. Delivery was a little bit longer but i thought it would be as i know alot of people would have ordered. Communication was brill and i received them today. Very well packaged up. Thank you so much i love them!

Excellent product, very happy with customer service.

I don't like being sensationalist for the sake of it: but my recent experience shopping here has been the best customer service experience I've received of any time I've shopped. I ordered an engraved bookmark, which was lovely and top quality. But I was more blown away by the level of care and service. I had to make a last minute order for a friend leaving the country. Dom was super helpful, super responsive and so flexible with everything that we needed. Still can't believe we managed to get everything sorted in a few hours for the delivery to come the next day.

Honestly can't recommend these guys enough

I was made aware that there would be a delay of my personalised letter order due to high demand.

Superb bookmark exactly what I was looking for, beautifully made and gift wrapped perfectly

Lovely bookmark, quick delivery, happy recipient
