This platform is fast, up to date with regional laws and gives multiple angles of strategic importance and action.

The model works well for the most part. i was charged $200 twice after requesting cancellation both times and no one responded and there is no other way other than email to reach and support. So I lost $400

I was going through an intense custody battle and couldn't afford a lawyer (even the "discounted" lawyers were asking for $7500 for retainer and then $15k to go to trial) no way was I gonna be able to get that kind of money in such a short time ... Thankfully I saw an ad on Facebook for this app and it literally saved me in court! Helped me write up legal documents, respond to filings by my ex, and even helped write an opening argument for me when it was time for me to represent myself in court. It is amazing and I will recommend this app to ANYONE needing legal help!!

My interaction with NAYAM it was fantastic. And two very long chats. The first was to learn and gain insight into how to reply to a summons. The detail is amazing, and full backup explanations, resources, all that are given. I'm a very detailed individual, so I would go back and ask multiple, deeper and deeper questions, and the responses always came back very explanatory and understandable. I got done with that particular conversation. I had been copying everything to my notes to keep track of it, and I had 270 pages of notes transcription by CastingWords.

Very clerk, concise and sympathetic. But I don't know how to send it to my personal email address to access it.

Horrible customer service. Service is difficult to understand and modify. The AI service itself is pretty good and helps and is probably worth the money. Being on one device without a login is terrible though.

The software doesn't work correctly. I used it when I signed on and it lost everything I did in preparation for a civil trial. I went to upload and it never uploaded a d it lost all the information. This software is hard to work ,and it's not user friendly at all.

The experience would be great if there was more chance to update for example a motion. I hated once my initial pleading was created i couldn't do anymore unless I paid over 300 dollars. I would pay a fee of 59-79 for a years worth of use. I need it alot right now with some court actions moving along.

The application came up with two amazing letters, responding to a mattress, suppliers, denial of warranty due to a stain on the mattress. After these two letters, I got a full refund. An amazing app and I will certainly use it again in other legal issues. Should I have any?

Helped me from start to finish on a federal Fair housing case

Having spent hours with lawyers, who would charge an arm and a leg, were still not able to give me the correct info Nyayam gave me all the info in a matter of seconds and on top of that all the info is updated on a daily basis. I have referred Nyayam to so many friends and have used it for them as well. Just love it!!

This company offers a much needed service. They are source of information for individuals often in a very hard spot. They are honest and helpful. I would say they definitely help people to live better lives.

Worked on a lawsuit for nearly a year, using several AIs. Nyayam was prone to hallucinate, making up case law whole cloth. It also crashed often, lost entire case threads, maxed out quickly, downloaded documents were inaccessible to it, just glitchy in the extreme. Charged me after I cancelled, and wouldn't work after I paid with contacting support. And in the end its entire valuation of my case was off by millions of dollars. the problems were endless. It at times added some refinements to other AI documents, but was seriously prone to over-excitement and unwarranted affirmation. Use with extreme caution.

This is my second time using this service and what a tremendous service it is. I was finalizing some divorce paperwork and what was written was accepted by the courts with no issue. Now, I'm working on trust documents and the throughness of the program is amazing! I received step by step directions like paint by numbers! The program has saved me a couple of thousand dollars easily!. Highly, highly recommend.

NYA gave me quick legal guidance when I needed it, which I appreciated. But it felt a bit aggressive at times, and comparing its advice to other legal platforms, it was occasionally off. I hope they improve, but I’m glad it was there when I needed it.”
