From Rafael our mover to Aishah the receptionist I was pleased with service. Also the price could not be beaten by any of the competitors. I would recommend NYC Mini Storage to anyone I know.

I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s…

I use NYC Mini Storage because it’s affordable, close by, the employees are always polite, the facilities are always clean and they help me with whatever issues I have for storage. It’s not that far from the subway in case I need to just visit the facility. I have recommended them to two friends who now also store their items there.

Great staff, great help, reasonable prices, and an accessible facility. Can’t ask for more or better.

All is well as far as price, location and ease of move in. Other than that, I can not add too much since I did not even move in 1 item yet.

Mini Storage was a little hard to find........

Mini Storage was a little hard to find once I got off the subway due to vague directions from a friend, but, once I found you, seeing the locker, signing up for the locker etc. went very smoothly and everyone was more than professional and nice......I would say super nice.. Plus the fact that everything at the storage site is incredibly clean and obviously cared for.
