Ordered this grooming brush here right after a muddy hike left my dog's coat an absolute matted mess, dried mud clumped right down to the skin in places. The retractable button that pushes loose fur off the pins in one press made the whole cleanup faster than I expected, no picking clumps out by hand after. Ergonomic handle didn't slip even with wet, muddy paws braced against my leg the whole time. Teeth reached the undercoat without scratching her skin, which was my main worry going in. Delivery within New Zealand took about four days. Packaging was simple but nothing arrived bent or damaged.

Good pet products that are all good for all animals. They cause no reactions which is very important. And very friendly staff who communicates really well.

For the short time I was in New Zealand for a vacation this store was my remedy for pet supplies. She's a little sensitive but I'm glad she didn't get any reactions from their suplies. Definitely the best.
