Fantastic customer care experience

O care
Used o care for a while along with bromine and makes a big difference, not only keeping the tub clean without the need for anything else.
I did stop for a while to see if it was any different and noticed the tub needed more maintained without it. Great price when you take into consideration other products you would need to purchase without it.

The warranty like you mentioned is something which is offered through Hot Tub Super Centre in Scotland and not linked to O-Care.
I do believe you still have the warranty but it is a shame that you are reviewing our product for a warranty by a third party.
I looked on their website and from what I understand they are continuing the warranty program when signed up to their O-Care Program.

I've had a hot tub for over 27 years
I've had a hot tub for over 27 years, and since using O-Care my water has never been so clean. Sparkling clean, comfortable and smells fresh. The water has now been in for 15 weeks, and is as clean as the day it was filled. Wish I'd discovered it years ago. Pricey but worth every penny, and using very little chlorine. It's a no brainer.

Having used O-Care for several years
Having used O-Care for several years, was disappointed recently when the local supplier decided not to stock the product any more. However, I managed to contact O-Care in The Netherlands and they offered a great deal on supply and delivery. This was great news for the product is so easy to use and keep the spa in perfect condition.

Great product
Great product! Used to be a nightmare keeping chemicals balanced. This keeps everything spot on with no messing about, just add chlorine or bromine. Water stays clear, smells nice & feels soft 😀.

O-care and Sensitive Skin
We got a Hot-Tub just over a year ago, which I initially loved, but due to having very sensitive skin I was using it less and less as using chlorine was causing me to have itchy skin so I basically used it less and less and then not at all. My wife continues to use it almost everyday without a problem so it was definitely my issue. Someone told me about O'Care and I started to use it approx 2 months ago and what a difference. No Itchiness to the skin, no chlorine smell and coming out with a silky skin that feels moisturised.

Benefits of this product can simply not be understated. While the price may initially raise an eyebrow, the reduction in overall cost of maintaining my hot tub has gone down. On top of that my skin is soft and my hot tub has become easier to maintain
