This is especially disappointing to hear, as all orders are checked twice and signed off before they leave our warehouse. After reviewing your order, I can see that the missing item concerns one length of O-ring cord. Therefore, I assume that an insufficient length may have been measured and packed by our warehouse.

Wir verstehen auch Ihre Anmerkung zu den Mindestbestellmengen. Bei vielen O-Ringen handelt es sich um Artikel mit einem sehr niedrigen Stückpreis. Anstatt für einzelne O-Ringe einen vergleichsweise hohen Betrag berechnen zu müssen, bieten wir lieber größere Mindestmengen an, damit unsere Kunden möglichst viel Gegenwert für ihr Geld erhalten.
