Helaas was dit de verzenddatum
De schuifmaat die ik kocht om binnen en buiten groeven voor o-ringen mee op te meten is de slechtste kwaliteit die ik ooit heb meegemaakt.
zelf geen moeite gedaan om de meetvlakken te ontbramen!

Bedankt voor je uitgebreide en eerlijke feedback. We vinden het jammer om te horen dat je ervaring niet volledig aan je verwachtingen heeft voldaan, maar waarderen het dat je dit onder onze aandacht brengt.
Wat betreft de levering: je bestelling is geplaatst op zaterdag 16 mei. Omdat wij in het weekend gesloten zijn, is de order op de eerstvolgende werkdag verwerkt en verzonden. Op de orderbevestiging stond daarnaast vermeld dat de levertijd 1-3 werkdagen bedraagt. Nadat wij de bestelling op 18 mei hebben verzonden, is deze op 19 mei bij je afgeleverd, dus binnen de gecommuniceerde levertijd. We begrijpen echter dat de communicatie hierover verwarrend kan overkomen en gaan bekijken hoe wij de levertijden op onze website duidelijker kunnen weergeven om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen.
Daarnaast hebben wij je opmerking over de kwaliteit van de schuifmaat intern nagekeken. We zijn het met je eens dat de kwaliteit van dit exemplaar niet goed is. Hoewel deze schuifmaten aanzienlijk voordeliger zijn dan topmerken zoals Mitutoyo en de kwaliteit daarom ook anders ligt, is dit niet het kwaliteitsniveau dat wij normaal gesproken van onze leveranciers ontvangen.
Mocht je de schuifmaat willen omruilen voor een nieuw exemplaar, dan kun je contact opnemen met onze klantenservice onder vermelding van je ordernummer. Wij zorgen dan kosteloos voor een vervangend product én regelen de retourzending voor je.
Nogmaals bedankt voor je feedback en voor het onder onze aandacht brengen van deze punten.

Comprendiamo anche la tua osservazione riguardo alla quantità minima acquistabile per alcuni prodotti. La ragione è che molti O-ring hanno un costo molto basso per singolo pezzo. Invece di dover far pagare, ad esempio, €12 per un solo O-ring, preferiamo offrire al cliente il maggior valore possibile per il prezzo pagato, includendo più pezzi nella quantità minima ordinabile.
