MarTech Mastery by OAD Solutions is exactly what it says it is, a proper career accelerator.

I used it to pivot from project management into marketing operations, and it genuinely changed the trajectory of my career. I secured a strong MOps role off the back of it, something I don’t think would’ve been possible without going through the programme.

The Marketo side alone is worth it. You get real, hands-on access and depth that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Not surface-level training, the kind of exposure that reflects how teams actually build, QA and run campaigns in the real world.

What sets it apart though is the full package around it. The CV and LinkedIn support is straight talking and actually useful, no fluff, just clear positioning that gets you noticed. The AI job support tools are a big edge as well, especially for tailoring applications quickly without losing quality. And the knowledge bank of interview questions means you’re not going in cold, you’re properly prepared for how these roles are assessed.

Great hands on experience with Marketo but more so a great bridge to the whole world of Marketing Operations including real life scenarios throughout and direct relation to interview processes and on the job situations. Personalized feedback and plenty of support by great teachers. Would highly recommend for someone wanting support transitioning to a MOPs role! It helped me land a role!

Really glad I joined this programme. The learning environment was genuinely open, you could ask questions freely and make mistakes without any judgment which made a big difference. The weekly tasks and live sessions kept things practical and hands-on and having direct access to Marketo was a game changer. After working in sales for 10 years I was fed up and looking for a complete career change, something that gave me freedom and flexibility while still having a good salary. I looked at a few different 'crash courses' and decided Martech Mastery was the best option.

Marketing Ops had the best potential starting salaries and sounded like a more niche role. It was a risk as I had no idea if it would pay off but it did.

Ola and the team were great the course was hard work and intense at times but that's exactly what I needed.

After finishing the course I landed a role with the 3rd company I interviewed with, not only was it more flexible with being fully remote but it was also a higher starting salary than what I was making in sales with long hours.

Now I've got a new career in a thriving industry so the Martech Mastery was worth every penny. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

The program was amazing at preparing me for a role in marketing operations. I got practical experience using marketo and a comprehensive breakdown of everything involved in terms of building a campaign and making a successful campaign. I ended up landing a role within about 8 weeks of finishing the program and was able to land a £70k / year role as my first ever tech role, with no previous experience. The course facilitators and everybody involved in the program are honestly so helpful and really want the best for you, even after you complete the program, they stay in touch and coach you all the way.

The Martech Mastery programme has allowed me to earn 6 figures after certification. Having hands on access to Marketo was invaluable and worked perfectly alongside the live lessons.
