This has been the worst place i have ever dealt with...I have been given the run around and takes forever to respond...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! BEWARE!!

This company is the worst! They tell you 10-15 days over and over but you end up waiting 2-3 months. Ordered on 9/15 and still haven't gotten my order! It took them over a month to send tracking info and once they finally did, told me to wait another 10-15 days because it's on the way to NY. Another 10-15 days has passed, product is still in China!

Customer service was very responsive at first, then they stopped replying. Asked for a full refund twice and nothing yet because "it's on the way"

Company is a scam !!! order baby sleeper with name on it 2 months ago never received person that answering emails said it was shipped, I never received tracking number emailed again they said they was gonna check on it , DO NOT ORDER COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of work boots. Steel toe, Black. The order was places on April 23, 2020. It's now June 12th 2020. I have not received the boots yet! I sent a message to Ryder. He responded by saying "my order was almost to New York. Can I wait another 7-10 days?" this is not good. I'm hoping my bank will understand!

OK..I did get my boots finally!

This company is Fraud. DO NOT ORDER WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I just tracked your shipping info, which shows on the way to New York, it usually takes longer than other places.

Hands down, the worst expirience I've ever had speaking with a company, EVER. My exchange requests were consistantly ignored. My refund requests were consistantly ignored. The support team consistantly ignores you because they have your money and don't care about you. Their products are subpar and poorly made as well as falsly advertised. Unfortunately I was ignored to such an extent that I had to go over their heads and report them directly to Shopify who have expressed their extreme displeasure with Oak Bay Online's dispicable customer service. I doubt their site will remain up much longer. You can buy all their products on other sites and Amazon.com who have PROPER customer support. Happy shopping!
