The application was an easy process. I did have to use the bot for a question which wasn't very helpful but upon calling and speaking with one of the agents they were able to help me right away and I wasn't on hold for hours either! The payment was swiftly in my account minutes after hanging up the phone.

A simple procedure to apply for the first loan. Still an easy task for a top up loan. Sorted within an hour, money in the bank same day. All information easily accessible so you know where you are from the start.
Customer service is excellent and setting up a direct debit for easy repayments, took only minutes.
Happy with my experience with Oakbrook Loans.

Why will you not allow me to settle my loan?

First I get, cannot calculate as a payment had been made recently when no payment had been made

said contact us, I go to the chat and told by the chat bot no agent is available
So I cannot settle my loan, this seems very irresponsible as interest racks up as I cannot pay my loan offer I have been trying for 3 days not and nothing apart from extra interest on my account.

This is a disgrace
How can this be deemed responsible leading, and a responsible lender?

If this is what supposed regulated FCA companies do the FCA ned to have a look at their fit and proper test

Please anyone who feels like takeing a loan out with this company be warned they will harass you i took a loan out with them never missed a repayment all was well then I found out I have a tumour and im now very sick I fell 1 month behind due to hospital stays etc I arranged for the payment to be filtered out over 6 months like they advised I accepted and have this all in writing since the 30th of April 2026 (thats the date i had the arrangement set up) I have been called over 50 times and whatt's apped hundreds of times including during hospital stays and during treatment I have multiple emails all trying to chase this missed payment despite me haveing an arrangement set buy them in writing they are not professional they dont care about harassing even the terminally sick I have had there automotive system leave me voice mails and call me during all hours becouse of them i have become sicker and they dont care this company does not give a rats ass about the FCA or unlawful acts i have asked for 60 days grace and informed them I do not want to be contacted via the phone but they still persist. They are immoral,morbid, and they do not care about anything other than there money avoid them. They are makeing my already hard life hell.

It was easy to apply and quick response also the phone call conversation was straightforward to confirm that it’s all correct

The whole process was quick and easy, once l finished the online application I received a 5 minute phone call and the money was in my bank within a couple of hours ......great service
