He secured me the best asset finance deal by far compared to every other broker I spoke to, and took the time to guide me through the entire process, making everything straightforward and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer questions and keep things moving.

Miguel was incredibly helpful and organised, when we had trouble getting hold of the suppliers he phoned them on my behalf, which was a great help. The whole process was fuss free and easy to do.

This means that each review haven’t yet to be mugged off !
Yes Miguel is lovely and efficient . HOWEVER it’s trying to end the lease agreement where they become unsavoury.
My 3 year lease ended in June 21’ . Unfortunately I’d had a heart attack and subsequently a quadruple heart by pass at the time .
This company pass the finance of the leasing agreement onto another company and they failed to stop taking the payments at the end of the term and over a further 18 months took £5400 over and above .
Needless to say neither company interested in refunding any of the overpayments and instead Oakfield are demanding another £180 for the title of the goods !!!

I found the customer service I received to be of impeccable standards.

Miguel Foster was brilliant. I was in a bad situation with a broken oven and urgently required a new one. He was efficient and quick to sort out and have delivered the new oven in record time. Thanks so much Miguel
