I followed Phil on tik Tok for about 6 months prior to contacting him. I took his advice on looking at your credit files, preparing your bank statements and getting mortgage ready. I also requested a copy of his first time buyers guide.
I contacted him via tik Tok and we had a zoom call a few days later. I explained my situation and he was very reassuring. Following this call I sent the documents he requested and 2 days later I received my mortgage in principle. Three weeks later I found a house and met with Phil once more and my mortgage application was submitted. Approval was shortly after. I then dealt with Amanda. They organised our life and building insurances.
Phil was amazing and outstanding!! He made this process so easy for us. From following his advice on tik Tok to speaking to him - getting a mortgage was simply straightforward! He talked us through the process as we were first time buyers.

Phil and Amanda were nothing short of amazing from start through to finish. We were unsure if we would be able to get a mortgage, never mind a high street lender, something that would not of been possible without Phil.

There was adverse credit to deal with on my file, in addition to added complexities of restrictive help to buy schemes that reduced available lenders.

I honestly could not speak any higher of the informal and relaxed approach, which turned a stressful situation into something far more comfortable. Phil was easily contactable and explained each step in a way that made sense.

After six stressful months of being turned down and feeling like homeownership was slipping out of reach, I was lucky enough to stumble on Phil through tiktok. From the very first conversation, it was clear that I was in the hands of someone who not only knew the mortgage world inside and out but genuinely cared about helping me succeed.

Phil, worked tirelessly to find a solution where others had given up. He was transparent, responsive, and incredibly determined throughout the entire process. His expertise and perseverance made what felt impossible finally happen and now I’m writing this from my own home. That alone says everything.

To top it all off, after the move, he even sent me a personal card. That thoughtful gesture just shows the kind of person he is not just a great broker, but someone who truly celebrates with his clients.

I can’t recommend Phil highly enough. If you’re feeling stuck or frustrated, do yourself a favour and give him a call. He changed my life and I’ll always be grateful.

Phil wasn't just a mortgage broker, he felt like my friend by the end of the process! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and clear every step of the way. He made my mortgage application so smooth and easy.

As a first time buyer with a previous IVA I had no idea what I was doing or whether I could even get a mortgage. Phil was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process, he basically held my hand through every single stage, including finalising my life insurance, just today. Phil got us a good mortgage deal and when the interest rates went down after I'd had a mortgage offer, I didn't even have to contact him, he emailed me advising that he'd got a better deal with another lender. Always available for all my daft questions and an immediate response. I cannot thank Phil enough for the service he provided with no judgement or making me feel daft for all of my questions.... Phil is worth his weight in gold!!!

Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting our first mortgage. He explained everything clearly, was there to answer questions whenever we needed and generally made everything less stressful. Not only that, but he answered everything in a friendly way so you never feel like you’re asking a stupid question.
We felt that we could rely on Phil to have everything under control, and trusted him in getting us the best option for our situation, which is great when you have absolutely no idea how any of it works!
Phil also helped us with life insurance which took some pressure off us too.
Overall we would really recommend Phil to anybody looking to buy a house. His help has been invaluable - straightforward without being judgemental or patronising.

After almost 15 years of trying we finally have a mortgage and honestly, we couldn't have done it without Phil's help. We cannot recommend Phil highly enough! We came across Phil on a Tiktok live feed one evening after giving up all hope of ever finding a mortgage due to our complicated situation. The moment we spoke to Phil he put us at ease straight away and was confident that he would be able to help us and he certainly did not let us down. I initially found Phil via Tiktok, he was giving out advice on mortgages. It prompted me to sign up for a discussion on my upcoming mortgage renewal.

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional - I knew straight away he was going to be the one I trusted with my mortgages going forward. He set me up with the best deal for my circumstances, and it was all done super fast. And true to his word he keeps tracking to check you are on the best deal, right up until the moment it starts - in doing so, when the % rate changed, he signed me up again to save more money.
