We have used Oakland Countryside services for around twenty years, mainly for our trees, hedges and fences. We have been more than satisfied with their work and knowledge over that time, along with their readiness to listen to and discuss our needs.
Recently , we engaged them to undertake a much needed makeover of our front and rear gardens, including necessary soil remediation and drive and terrace cleaning. We are delighted with the results of their work and will certainly engage them in future, for their reliability, hard work ,honesty and friendly approach.Finally, we have no hesitation in recommending them, without reservation to any potential customers.

Floris and his crew found a spare couple of hours at short notice to come and cut up and dispose of a large limb that had fallen in the garden. An excellent job with the garden left very tidy as usual - highly recommended.

We have used Oakland for landscaping work 3 times now. First they cleared our overgrown back garden, adjusted levels and built new sleeper retaining walls, laid new paving and lawn. Later they repaved a small area to the side. Then, most recently they remodelled our front garden with a new block-paved drive and lawn. The guys are polite and pleasant to deal with. They have done a great job, overcoming unforeseen challenges such as ground conditions and bad weather as they went along.

The chaps turned up when they said they would .They were very professional, friendly and they tidied up after themselves.

Floris and his team did another excellent job of pruning and cutting down trees in our garden again. Left the garden looking great and cleaned up all the debris. Can’t recommend them enough.

Professional and hardworking company who ensure you get the job you are asking for. Quality of work is superb. Pleasant team who always tidy up after work is completed - you wouldn’t know they have been. I use both the landscaping and tree surgeon side of the business and highly recommend both teams.

Professional engagement throughout from quotation to completing the work which involved removal of trees, ground clearance and installation of over 40 meters of fencing.
Kept site tidy, great communication throughout and returned unused material to minimise costs.

Gavin, Craig and all the team at Oakland are, and always have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have carried out various projects at my last two and current home and always done a grand job. Gavin & team also take care of the grounds at my places of work and nothing is ever too much trouble! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
