Always fair and reasonable prices, and always providing a satisfactory service. We have no reason to go elsewhere. They're tucked away round the back of a small industrial estate, so not many are aware of them, but we highly recommend them.

Good chaps, good service, happy car, happy driver. What more could you want.

Bought 2 tyres on line and they were nominated to fit them. Got there and they had trouble finding the order. Finally they found it and fitted the tyres. As I was about to drive away the dashboard light indicating tyre pressures stated that the tyres were under inflated. Drove back and I had to tell them the correct tyre pressure. No appoogy etc. Not great service. Tyres okay..

As usual they were able to look at the car straight away and gave me indication for how long they needed.
Have been going there for 5 years always happy with the work.

Very bad service. I brought my BMW for service they didn’t check the menu system on the car to know which service is due although I told them to. They wanted to charge me for a major service whereas only a minor service was due. I asked them when i booked the car if they can update the on-board menu system that the car service was done, they said yes. When I came to collect they said only BMW dealer can do it. So they lied point blank. I ended up paying more for a minor service than at a BMW dealer.
Avoid like the plague.

I would give no stars but that’s not an option.

Quoted me £170 on the phone for a job, on the day didn’t remember speaking to me or booking me in. Invoiced me £222 failed to include the “light bulb” he claimed was part of the extra costs. Claimed an oil change, air filter was not part of the service because he included it in the invoice at an additional cost.

After I spoke with Mini who have been the only previous company to service my car which is a 17 reg he claimed they don’t include the things they gave me a printed invoice with.

He didn’t deal with my concerns professionally then said I got an MOT reminder which he didn’t charge me for as if the government don’t offer that service for free...

So disappointed and upset the experience has made me want to re-service the car somewhere else.

I would not recommend.

Have used Oakmere on numerous occasions over the years for servicing & MOTs. Always found the service from Mr Khan and the team to be first rate and would certainly recommend them.

First time I have used Oakmere Service Centre. Very satisfied . Will use again.

So I got a punctured tyre repaired and as I was driving home I could feel grinding under the car (assuming it can only be to do with the wheel that was changed), so I pulled over checked my wheel and I could undo every bolt with my fingers.. no bolts had been tightened. I called the garage and they informed me it was a trainee who worked on my vehicle.... good to see a trainee’s work is double checked and that they are correctly mentored....receptionist was very friendly.... older man I spoke to initially very rude until he realised he nearly killed me and anybody that I could of had driving with me in the car.

Easy booking, fair price and work done on same day as enquiry.
