You look for three atributes for a tradesperson; honesty, reliability and competance. Soph has all of these qualities in abundance. He quickly came and gave us a reasanable quote, he hoped to start work on the following tuesday but was held up so he phoned us in plenty of time to reshedule and he came on the day and did a wonderful job upgrading our fencing.

He called round the next day and put up a garden plant shelfe for my wife free of charge. He also strimmed the grass for my wife who is disabled. He wrote a long letter on our Nextdoor Neibours website castigating the tradesman who had errected the original fence, overcharged us (we are both disabled pensioners) and taken the money without finishing the work. That is the kind of guy Soph is. Reliable, honest,, decent and kind. Don't look for anyone else to undertake your work, use Soph.

Soph is knowledgable, helpful and always goes the extra mile. I have used his services for several jobs and found him to be someone who always does a proper job and never takes shortcuts.

I had Soph from 'Oak Property Services' come today and cleared my garden and shed what an amazing job he did. For a brilliant price that suited my budget.
Arrived on time, very friendly, very professional, he worked very hard.
He took everything I wanted rid off and knowing he's an Environmentalists made it easier for me choose.
