I lost everything to OakStone Society and Prairie Vault. I deposited every dollar I had into Prairie Vault—now they’ve locked my account, refused withdrawals, and kept draining me with hidden fees. Total scam. Signed a poorly worded contract in good faith that I promised I would pay them "commissions." No big deal with the money I was earning from their algorithm based trade signals. Then come to find out that they wouldn't allow use of profits from the trading account to be used to pay the commissions, only outside funds. Got a couple friends together to pay the commissions on his account so we could use his funds to pay ours and get us all paid off, and he gets a message back from the admin assistant:
"This is a scam. Bye buddy"
We were then kicked off the group chat, no one in the group will respond to messages, and even worse, customer service on the platform they use has gone "radio silent."

I have spent a week practically begging to withdraw my money for a personal emergency (Case 08638472). Customer service has been a closed loop: I explain, they say "escalated," nothing changes. There is no compassion, no proactive update, and no understanding that their inaction has real-world consequences. The service isn't just slow; it's indifferent. Constructively, I suggest training agents to handle sensitive cases with more empathy and creating a priority channel for demonstrably urgent matters. I hereby formally request that = a'yRLP = initiate an inquiry to assess compliance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) by investment firms under its purview. Specifically, the investigation should examine the potential mis-selling of regulatory policies in practice. To safeguard retail investors, the issuance of clear, actionable guidance is imperative to ensure robust investor protection mechanisms are universally implemented and adhered to.
