Ordered those fishing magnets but never received them. Says they were delivered and mailman said he never got a package for me on that date.

They won't let you leave reviews if they aren't good.

They claim to have a warranty on your home which is bogus and then want you to renew. They can't answer any questions about the fictitious warranty when probed and hang up on you when the scam starts to fail.

My refund wasn’t processed but I contacted the team and Lauren was very quick and helpful at getting my refund sorted. Thank you!

My order was lost in transit and this was resolved immediately with a full refund. Raja was quick to respond, friendly and polite.

The customer service team were apologetic about the damaged item and were understanding and accommodating as to a solution

I also used the email service for oasis but Instagram was much quicker

Ordered a kimono for my daughter. They did not give me the stated discount for downloading their app and now I am unable the generate a return label to return to them (at my expense). I live in the UK and will willingly pay just to send this item back to them but they are making it impossible to do. Buyer beware!!
