cat et adpater worked fine for our 2008 model. pretty happy with the results.

This company agreed to cancel and refund my order and then shipped it 2 days later. They then forced delivery by paying additional customs fees. I refused the package and they had it destroyed. They used the “delivery” as a way to avoid the chargeback.

I purchase a laptop with cnh software on it, i made a mistake and the software doesnt work few month after the purchase,
They took all time needed for help me, and resolve my problem,
I was afraid there is no aftermarket services and is all the opposite, they provides a great services and they are very polite,

Purchased a John Deere EDL and the software through this company. Was skeptical before purchasing, so asked some questions to make sure that the SSD that they would send would work with my laptop. They responded and said not to worry that everything would work and if not they offered remote installation service. I got the SSD and surprise surprise it would not work in my laptop. Purchased an adapter for the drive to plug into my laptop and it still will not work. Sent a lot of emails back and forth with the company and they are now trying to get me to pay over $300USD for a remote installation service even though they told me that they could do this if the drive didn't work. Very poor customer support. Don't let these people scam you out of money like they did to me.

Product out of the box is defective. When I contacted support, they told me to fix it myself, but offered no resources to fix it correctly (like a wiring diagram). Warranty states i can send it in for repairs, but with shipping costs of $580+ to get it there and back, it is not worth it. Disappointed with this purchase as the product is rated top of the list for this kind of device.

Mercedes clone C4 multiplexer defective, would not connect from day one. They do not pay for return shipping, I paid $$$ to ship and then they never shipped, refunded anything. Also deleted thread on Alibaba so Alibaba could not help. Criminals.

Purchased the CAT ET III and CAT software 2025 The software worked, but the Data link did not. The data link for some dumb reason came with an OBDII plug and a 9 Pin adapter pigtail. I purchased an adapter from Diesel laptops and at that point I could get it to power up but still it would not communicate. The CAt software does work though so I gave them 2 stars. The other hassle is they don't respond to any questions until after 7pm my time. Install was done in the evening too. Getting help with them is lack luster. I ended up abandoning them and buying another CAT ETIII from Friday Parts. It worked great out of the box and included the software too.

Bought an Icom scanner from obdii.shop, the unit was not working when I received it. I returned the defective device. They kept saying they would give me a refund and never did it. This is a SCAM shop; do not buy

the programs they use have virus on them, and they advertise one thing and send you another. stay clear

Scammers they take only your money they sell broke products. Nothing working stay away from this guys.

Received a defective drive. Refused to send a replacement. Continually blamed the hardware even though they sell a version using the same brand laptop used with the defective drive. Customer support is no help. I left this same review on the item purchased(piwis 3) but no one will see it as they filter away negative reviews on their site

DONT BUY! This people do not have real technical support for there products. I bought this VCI and I was a defective item that cant read OBD2 with 24volts it will only read van and cars that have 8 volts OBD2. If you asked for a refund forget about it they will make a lot of excuses, I escalate issue with Paypal to get my cash back, its been more than 1.5 months there customer servie sucks big time.
