Wie erwartet kam das Paket aus China und somit war es ca. drei Wochen unterwegs. Aber das weiß man, wenn man in Asien bestellt. Ich bekam zeitnah die Sendungsnummer und konnte den Lieferweg verfolgen. Heute nun habe ich die Sendung erhalten und bin wider Erwarten (wg. der negativen Bewertungen) positiv überrascht, wie gut die Qualität und der Aufdruck gemacht ist. Auch der Preis war für mich vollkommen in Ordnung.

I bought a hoodie for my daughter's Christmas. It arrived late and the material used was cheap and horrible, not hoodie material. I contacted them that same day asking for a return and refund. They would not agree, suggesting that we reconsider for a partial refund. I stated no, I would like a return and full refund. I did not hear from them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Waited ages for delivery, then they sent the wrong shoes. I’ve emailed twice, left a message through their website to which they replied but are asking ME to pay $30 to return the item that THEY wrongly sent!! AVOID.

Item not as described, support team refusing return. Have had to request a chargeback with my bank since they won’t let me return.

Aussehen und Verarbeitung völlig anders als auf den Bildern. Es bestehen keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten. Sie antworten nicht auf E-Mails. Mehrmals angeschrieben wegen Rücksendeadresse. Es gibt keinen Kontakt, weder über E-Mail noch über Telefon.
Niemals dort bestellen!!!

Everything looks fantastic, but I guess the pictures are taken with a big filter or something. I thought I got a completely different set, but when I looked better it was the same only not as bright as the picture. The size is really different. Whey too wide and loose, so I wanted to return it. I emailed 3 times. As a response to my received mail, bit also with the link on the site. They never answered. No service, no good product, misleeding, just a scam! DON'T BUY HERE!!!!

Trying to return my order and instructions say to contact them for details on how to return but I haven't had a response to my emails and the phone number listed on the website doesn't work.

A total scam company! I ordered a specific red long-sleeved lace top with buttons, and received a completely different top.

I can't say that I'm surprised, given that there's no public knowledge of this company or reviews. Therefore, let me be the first: DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
