I was in a panic about my boiler…

I was in a panic about my boiler suddenly not working and no hot water two days ago. I spoke to Donald who resolved the issue very swiftly the same day. It is rare that a company really goes out of their way to help you like  this. He did everything possible to help me avoid incurring costs. If only all companies operated with this level of integrity!

Ive used obre maintenance for the past two months now. Im very happy with the service, the staff are always friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend using them!

Best contractor we have used

Obre is the best contractor we have used to date. Extremely professional, fast and efficient.
We reccomend them highly to other letting agencies

Sub-contractor did not seem to understand…

Sub-contractor did not seem to understand Covid. No face mask nor offer to wear one and tried to shake my hand.
Obre were very professional with their handling of the job however.

We always ensure our operatives wear PPE and especially face mask and we know they have been complying as we have not had a complaint before however, I will deal with this matter to ensure it does not happen again, and I am glad you find our service handling professional

Job requests we send are picked up the same day and actioned really quickly. All staff I have been in touch with have be really helpful regardless of the query.
