Professional friendly and knowledgeable
Very useful consultation with Dr Janjua I feel much more confident regarding the treatment the NHS has proposed. I shall be returning to Mr Janjua when I have had my treatment and can order new spectacles

Excellent and professional service, I have had problems with my eyes for several years and this is the first practice that has clearly explained my condition and offered options to solve the problem. I opted for high quality lenses and I am highly delighted with the results.

Dr Janus explains everything and gives a thorough eye test, better than any I have ever received elsewhere. He recommends top quality lenses, which give excellent results from his test. I have no problem with recommending him to others

I have known dr janjua since he has taken over the practice i have always been extremley happy with his test he is very good at what he does. I am looking forward to getting my new specs and would recommend obriens to anyone

My mother was well looked after at O'Brien's opticians. The staff were very helpful before and after her eye examination with Mr Juanjua, the optician, he paid particular attention to what her needs were as she has AMD and he said he would prescribe the best lens he could for her. He was very professional throughout and explained everything very well to her. We can highly recommend O'brien opticians for their professionalism and care.

Very knowledgeable and has a lovely pleasant manner. Explained things very well to myself and my elderly Mother who has some complex issues. All staff were really nice and very helpful and gave my Mum the time she needed without feeling rushed. Makes you feel like a valued customer.

This is an excellent optical practice. Dr Janjua is so kind and respectful. His expertise is without question superb. Gemma, with her amazing shoes, is knowledgeable about the treatments and products and is an asset to his team. All the team are kind and courteous.

Always have a good experience visiting O’Briens Opticians. Dr Janjua is very professional, polite, patient with me and explains any issues with my eyesight. Had I not chosen to go there several years ago now I would never have found that I needed prism correction for my lenses. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, Gemma has a great deal of patience giving you time to chose the right frames. Would certain recommend them. The eye examination was thorough and the findings were explained in detail. The type of new lense I now require was also explained carefully. O'brien 's have a varied range of excellent frames to choose from too. I certainly recommend them.

I needed some glasses frames because my previous optician was closing down and O'Briens stocked the ones I particularly wanted. From my first visit, Gemma (Manager) was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience a delight. When I collected them today she was both thorough and professional. She is a real asset to the company, in my opinion.

100% the best opticians, I’ve been going here since the first time i was old enough for contact lenses, I got recommended by my previous opticians that didn’t do contacts lenses as o’briens being the best in the area to keep my eyes healthy due to wanting to wear them all the time and replace my glasses. I’ve been going 21 years now apart from leaving a few years due to a house move which I’ve now gone back to o’brien’s and Dr Sheeraz Janjua has always gone above and beyond for my eyes wether to make sure my prescription is 100% accurate (taking longer if needed for my appointment) to making sure my eye health is at their best with advice and changing the brand to suit my eyes and lifestyle ( I have the best lenses available for the length of time I wear them) I would be dubious to allow anyone else to be my optician as I’ve not had any eye problems in all these years as I think this is down to his experience and expertise and qualifications he has. Excellent service and polite very friendly and caring reception overall, all staff are excellent.
