OB Vape からの回答

Hi Faddy,

We’re really sorry to hear about this — that certainly isn’t the experience we want any of our customers to have.

Receiving the wrong colour and missing a pod is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we’d really like the opportunity to make this right for you as quickly as possible.

Could you please email us at info@obvape.ie
with your order number so we can look into this immediately and resolve it for you?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
Eoin
