I have experienced back issues for many years and have visited a chiropractor previously with some success. Since moving to Plymouth I found myself needing treatment again.
I thought that the assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning was very thorough and have helped enormously.
I now see Dane for regular maintenance.
From a starting point of being in pain and not being able to play 9 holes of golf to playing 18 holes 3 times a week is testament enough.

Went in with sciatica that was ruining my daily life — couldn’t sit, couldn’t relax, everything was just annoying.
Dane actually took time to understand the problem instead of just doing a quick adjustment and sending me off. Treatment was targeted and made sense.

After a few sessions — big difference. Pain down, movement better, and I feel like myself again.

Not a miracle overnight, but proper results. That’s what matters.

Not only does Dane provide excellent chiropractic care, the whole team provides a friendly and and welcoming atmosphere. My spine was misaligned and within a few months I was no longer in pain or discomfort.

I have been with Ocean City Chiropractic for 15 months since I developed shoulder and neck pain along with severe nerve pain in my left arm which has been diagnosed as a rotator cuff tendonopathy injury. Dane initially provided an intensive series off sessions which massively relieved neck pain and a little while later Ellie joined the team as a Sports Massage therapist which is continually improving my range of movement which regular sessions combining with an exercise programme to do at home. Huge improvement so far and all thanks to everybody ay the practice.

I came in with severe migraines that were affecting my daily functioning, along with tension in my body and posture issues.

I am extremely satisfied with the holistic approach to my condition. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard, seen, and treated as an individual. Each session takes place in a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, which gives me a strong sense of trust and safety.

From the very first visits, I noticed a significant improvement. My migraines, which used to be very debilitating, have almost completely disappeared. I now have much more energy, feel better overall, and can truly enjoy my life again. My posture has also improved greatly. Standing upright feels natural and much more comfortable.

This is not the end of my journey, and I am excited to see the continued progress. I wholeheartedly recommend, especially to those looking for a mindful, personalised, and holistic approach to health.

Ocean City Chiropractors are the best in the city! Dane, Jess, Ellie and Lauren provide a such a welcoming service. I first went to see Dane after my chiropractor left Plymouth (I had been to see others but they just didn’t cut it they were not very good). Then I found Dane. Due to trauma my nervous system and my poor body were struggling. But he worked his magic and it made such a difference to my life. Now with Ellie as the sports therapist (who is great) you can access everything you need in one space. Massage, cupping, chiropractic treatment and other modalities are all available in one place with practitioners who are exceptional at what they do!

I would highly recommend Ocean . Dane is amazing very professional very knowledgeable kind caring and is amazing chiropractor he has help me gain back my mobility and my posture which I am so grateful for that

I’ve been attending Ocean City Chiropractic for around 3 months now. I’ve been very impressed with the attention to detail, with posture analysis, lifestyle consultation etc and I’ve felt that they are genuinely committed to improving my symptoms

The plan has allowed for progress with posture, and significant relief from neck pain

The highlight for me has been the reduction in migraines, I was suffering with multiple per week and that’s been reduced to around one per month.

Dane and team are friendly, and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble!

I went to help strengthen my back and improve my posture, glad to say it worked! After having an accident 12 months prior my posture had slumped but after sessions with Dane I am more upright and walking better

When I came to Dane and his team who are all very friendly and welcoming; I had already seen two osteopaths and a few physiotherapists, who had either said there is nothing they can do for me and can't locate the problem or gave me exercises that led to no results. Dane quickly identified I had an extruded disc issue and set about repairing it. Before that point I was off work for 3 months as I had a physical job and it hampered my day to day life, after a couple of weeks in his care I had improved enough to return to work and after my progress review I was almost at a point where I could begin strenuous physical activity again. The pain in my back and leg is day and night compared to what it used to be and I wish I had come across Danes practice a lot sooner.

I can’t recommend Dane highly enough. He is genuinely a 10/10 in every aspect - not just in his skill as a chiropractor, but in the way he listens, understands, and truly cares.
Every visit feels personalized. He takes the time to hear what’s going on with my body, my stress levels, and my lifestyle, and then explains everything in a way that actually makes sense to me. I never feel rushed, and I always walk out feeling physically better and mentally lighter.

I have been in pain with my lower back for a year it affected my life so much after going back and forth with the NHS nothing was being done and taking painkillers every 4 hours of the day I decided to go see ocean city chiropractor they have changed my life after 12 session of seeing them I have been 3 weeks with no painkillers I am up and about moving around with no pain I would definitely recommend them to anyone they are kind caring and understanding and comfortable to talk to please if you're ever thinking of going anywhere go see ocean city chiropractor

I had neck pain for several years but kept putting off seeing a chiropractor because I was honestly scared. After my initial session at Ocean City Chiropractic, I knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Dane is incredibly reassuring, and his knowledge exceeded my expectations. He’s fantastic and has really helped improve my stiff neck and overall mobility. I feel amazing after each session. Lauren, the receptionist, is also very professional and always welcoming.

I have been suffering with dizziness for months and some general body aches and stiffness alongside and I was recommended to try a Chiropractor. I picked Ocean city! Dane has been amazing throughout, he has really explained any blood test results to me and help support me with advising supplements and things I could try and the meantime while I wait constantly for medical appointments and results to return from the GP or hospital. One of which has changed my life is Magnesium I use to suffer with broken sleep or not being able to sleep at night and now I sleep through with no problems. My condition is still under investigation with the GP, however Danes knowledge & advice has been endless! Any questions I have asked he has answered and explained so I could understand what was going on in the background .

I have had several adjustments by Dane and these has been so beneficial to me, I felt so much more flexible after each one.

I began treatment with Dane when recovery from a hysterectomy left me with back pain which in turn affected my posture. Very quickly the adjustments eliminated the pain and continue to help me improve my posture. Dane is very engaging and knowledgeable and provides an holistic approach to my health and wellbeing; helping me seek treatment for an additional knee issue too.
