ATTENTION GROSSE ARNAQUE !!!! A FUIR ABSOLUMENT !!!
J'ai attendu plus d'un mois mon colis et je dois dire que vraiment je me suis faite bien avoir. La qualité est très très très mauvaise... Et oui ils sont forts ces chinois pour faire des vêtements de qualité aussi médiocre. Parce qu'évidemment c'est fabriqué en Chine. Je voulais faire un geste pour l'océan et bien cela m'apprendra. Mon conjoint mettra ce sweat pour sortir les poubelles... Je ne vois pas ce qu'on pourrait en faire sinon.

After 3 weeks my item arrived in Australia - made in China & shipped from CHINA!

Colour - inaccurate. Not remotely like the picture

Fabric - inferior & cheap quality

Size - inaccurate and runs very small.

Requested full refund and the company advised it will cost me 35 EURO (AUD $61) to send back to their ‘international’ warehouse - daylight robbery!

The item is probably worth about $5-10 given the inferior quality!

Why EURO cost when it was posted to Aus from China?

They prefer to offer me a discount to buy another of their items in a different fabric!
Who would trust this company to get this right.

It took me a long time to decide to purchase from this company as they do not deliver to Canada and I would have to travel to the USA to pick it up. I finally decided I was going to purchase 3 hoodies and 2 shirts as I loved the concept of this company. The tracking number on my package never worked. It was late according to their delivery times. When it finally arrived I drove an hour to the border to pick it up. Being unisex, they are extremely small in sizing. My 2 tshirts (large) are snug. One tshirt was supposed to be pale yellow and it is bright yellow. My 3 XL hoodies also just fit. One hoodie was a described. Second hoodie was completely wrong. I ordered a great white shark hoodie in royal blue and received a pale blue whale shark one. On top of being the wrong hoodie the screen print was also the wrong color (white instead of dark blue) so you can’t even see it. Third hoodie the screen print was supposed to be on the front and it was printed on the back.
I contacted the company immediately. I was told I could return it at a ridiculously expensive shipping rate, wait for them to receive it then possibly get a refund or purchase again from them at a discounted rate. Why would I pay USD funds again for a product that may or may not be accurate and then drive another 2 hours return trip to pick it up?
Do not purchase from this company! It is an inferior product with an impossible return policy!!

Waardeloos materiaal! Maatgevend veel te klein!! Het komt uit China!! Rotzooi en torenhoge kosten om te retourneren, naar China.

Koop hier niet. Dit lijkt een milieuvriendelijk bedrijf uit Australie maar jouw bestelling komt uit China. Goedkope, synthetische producten die verscheept worden en heel lang onderweg zijn. T-shirt had een andere kleur en een ander model. Zit een labeltje in met 100% katoen maar denk niet dat dat klopt. Sweater voelt zo vies synthetisch aan dat ik hem niet eens wil passen. Retourneren en geld terug is voor ocean project geen probleem. Moet je wél eerst even de bestelling op eigen kosten terugsturen naar China. 😡

I ordered 3 adult size sweatshirts and when I received them they did not look like they were going to fit the people I bought them for. The material is garbage and they make it very difficult to return bc I have to pay for shipping to China which is ridiculous. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made this purchase. I know for next time.

Oplichterij!
De producten komen uit China en zijn van synthetisch materiaal gemaakt. Retourneren naar China is op eigen kosten. Wij hebben uit principe een poging gewaagd, na 6 maanden in ons pakket retour gekomen. Het bedrijf blijft zich verschuilen achter dat ze het pakket in het magazijn moeten ontvangen. Ze bieden een korting aan van 70%, ook op al afgeprijsde artikelen. Wij stoppen met proberen ons geld terug te krijgen. Bestel hier niet!

1 ster is nog te veel. De truien zijn van hele slechte kwaliteit en hebben een slechte pasvorm. Je kunt het retourneren naar China maar geheel op eigen kosten. Mijn truien gaan direct de prullenbak in.
Ik was in de veronderstelling dat ik met deze truien de oceaan bescherm, maar dat is een leugen :-(((((
Het duurde ook heel lang voordat de bestelling binnen was, dus dan weet je al dat je opgelicht bent

My son had recently swam with the whalesharks so I purchased a jumper on line
I have not received it despite be told it would be 12 days max. When I email I keep getting the same response and tracking only shows China origin and not yet shipped

Do not buy from this site. It is June 13th and I placed an order for 2 sweatshirts on May 22,NEVER RECEIVED!!! I EMAILED Katy numerous times was told to be patient….If you look at tracking number it says it is still in China.Two more emails sent to them with no response.A reputable co. Would send out a replacement DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

Would give a zero if I could. Not a USA company. Very poor quality. Not at all what is represented. Sizes aren’t correct, run very very small. Trash.

Mon commentaire sur la provenance des vêtements et la composition a été supprimé aussitôt écrit bizarrement.... Attention a votre portefeuille protéger les oceans oui mais en premier savoir ce qu'on achète c'est encore mieux.

This company has stolen designs from my Etsy shop. Their quality is subpar (I have had customers come to my shop to ask if I am also in China (I am not) because the products they received were terrible quality. All of their designs are stolen from artists on Etsy. They are thieves.

I purchased two sweatshirts. The color was not as shown, and the quality was junk! Returns are overseas, and the company only offered a discount in future merchandise, nothing toward shipping. I should have checked the reviews before. Will never make that mistake again.

Horrible cheap product! Feels like flame-retardent jammies from a child of the 70's. Flat out sucks!

Er staat op de site: Als je niet helemaal tevreden bent met je aankoop,
laat het ons dan binnen 30 dagen weten en je krijgt je geld zonder stress terug. (Daar staat niet bij dat de verzendkosten naar china voor eigen rekening zijn)
Ze sturen een artikel op, wat niks met de sweater te maken heeft, die ik bestelt heb en ik heb het bij ocean Project NL besteld, dus niet in china.
En dit is echt een leugen op jullie pagina:

Elk jaar belandt er 11 miljoen ton plastic in de oceanen waar het verstrikt raakt en een bedreiging vormt voor het zeeleven.
Draag deze sweater met trots in de wetenschap dat een percentage van je aankoop naar de bescherming van het zeeleven gaat. Een deel gaat naar het schoonmaken van onze oceanen en een deel gaat naar het redden van zeedieren van de gevaren van plastic afval.
de sweaters zijn van puur plastic (polyester) dus ze werken er juist aan mee, daarom ging ik er ook vanuit dat de sweater van katoen zou zijn.

Eigenlijk nog minder dan 1 ster!!!
Slechte kwaliteit, pasvorm en kleur is totaal anders dan in de advertentie.
Chinese rotzooi, terugsturen naar China is kost veel en duurt lang en dan is het nog maar de vraag of je je geld terugkrijgt of je krijgt een korting op een volgend artikel.
Niets bestellen hier dus !!!!
