We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our policy requires receiving the product first to inspect, repair, or replace it, which helps ensure fairness for all customers. We understand that international returns can be inconvenient, so we cover the shipping fees back to you. As we mentioned, the battery is replaceable, widely available, and easy to change yourself, which might be a faster and more cost-effective solution. We’ve reviewed your history with us and must clarify for transparency that the claims in this review are inaccurate.
• Your order was refunded after 5 months of use - beyond our policy.
• Replacement was sent in good faith.
• Communication was consistent, though at times we experienced challenges due to missing delivery information and aggressive language in messages.

While we welcome all reviews, we do not support the use of false or exaggerated claims as a way to discredit our company. We remain focused on delivering quality products and responsive customer support to the rest of our community.

We apologize that you didn't see the price before purchasing.
The actual cost is $219 CAD, which reflects the quality of the materials used.

Regarding the bottle, it's made from Tritan because the device operates under pressure, and glass is not suitable for this application. Tritan is FDA-approved, BPA-free, and used for baby bottles. However, if you prefer to avoid plastics, you can always transfer the hydrogenated water into a glass bottle after processing.

While transferring to glass would eliminate any concern about potential microplastics or chemicals leaching into the water, there is no evidence that this occurs with Tritan. For your peace of mind, please refer to our SDS Laboratory analysis in the product description as proof of its safety.

Additionally, you have 30 days to return the product. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us or initiate a self-return through your Ocemida account.

Thank you for your feedback and we're truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've faced in regard to the delivery of your product.

Please understand, due to the high value of our hydrogen water bottles, we require a signature on delivery to ensure your item reaches you safely and securely. It would be irresponsible on our part to leave such a product unattended in a mailbox, which is why the courier service didn't leave it there.

As for the delivery and shipping process, while we put every effort into making and developing the best products possible, we are not personally involved with the delivery and postal services. These services are outsourced and we, as a manufacturer, don't have any control over them.

We really appreciate your patience in this matter, and if you need any further help in resolving this issue, please feel free to contact us directly.
