We used Octagon Removals for our move from Essex to Norfolk (2.5 hrs drive away) and what a brilliant experience from start to finish. Before they quoted they came out to view what we actually had which, with 5-bed it was a substantial amount. So the quote was based on reality. My wife and I were dreading the move but the Octagon team made it very easy and de-stressed the whole process. Communication throughout was excellent
Packing and wrapping on day 1 couldnât have been easier and the guys were clearly super careful with our more delicate stuff. Labelling of the boxes also very clear (a must for the later de-boxing). The move itself on day 2 also went very smoothly.
Particular mention to the guys who dismantled and reassembled some beds, tables and wardrobes â perfectly done with no missing screws or wobbly bits.
Throughout the whole time the guys were friendly, professional and courteous â a pleasure from start to finish. We would highly recommend and would use Octagon again.

We used Octagon Removals for both packing and moving, and I honestly donât know where to begin with the praise! From the initial enquiry to accommodating our move over three days, everything was handled with such professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Their packing was spot on â every cupboard was packed neatly, boxes were clearly labelled, and they used plenty of bubble wrap and packing paper to keep everything safe. As we had requested, they used brand new boxes, which was a big plus. They even left the boxes with us for a couple of weeks after the move, giving us plenty of time to unpack at our own pace without any pressure.
They were so efficient on the day that we actually had time to sit in the garden and relax while they got on with the job â something we never imagined possible during a move! One of the biggest reliefs was having them disassemble and reassemble our furniture, which they did with absolute ease. The entire team was polite, professional, and clearly very experienced. Everything was delivered on time and stacked thoughtfully for easy access in our new home.
