I used Octopus Money to help with medium and long term planning. Caroline Biebuyck, my money coach, was fantastic. very helpful and clear, and information was presented in a helpful easy to read format.

We used Octopus Money as a mortgage broker. Our mortgage advisor was very responsive and efficient in dealing with our application. She went above and beyond in managing to port our existing mortgage over at the same rate (after previously being told we couldn’t do this by the bank) as well as negotiating an even lower mortgage rate. In addition to this she was polite and a genuinely nice person. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a broker.

I had another excellent experience with Octopus Money. Puja Hathi helped me secure a mortgage and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. She kept a close eye on rate changes and managed to secure an even lower rate for me. Highly recommend!

A personal touch in a digital world. From the outset, my contacts at Octopus wanted to speak to me. I felt they wanted to understand my circumstances, and would work with me. I have a financial background and have had mortgages before - they took this into account and didn't waste my time explaining things I understood. However, my circumstances were slightly complex - they grasped this and worked with me and the bank to achieve my aim. Their communication was clear and excellent. Whilst Ramneet originally engaged with me (and was great), he passed me over to Puja who was fantastic. It helps I got the mortgage offer I wanted. But even then, I felt Puja was delighted for me.
I can strongly recommend Octopus Money if you need a mortgage broker who provides that personal touch!

I've been working with my Financial Coach Martin and have found him to be brilliant. He's thoughtful and insightful and is so easy to talk to. He's clearly very passionate about his role and I know he's getting the right outcome for my finances. The Plan we've set up is flexible, simple to navigate and it separates the recommendations into manageable chunks. I would happily recommend Octopus Money and Martin Way to my family and friends.

Very quick and helpful customer service, with Octopus Money staff responding to an email I sent within half an hour. Their customer service agent Omar handled my query, and was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

The adviser was personal - approachable . and clear boundaries advised on what she could not advise on. Gave an bigger picture of the where we aim to get to , and how , and initial steps towards this. Look forward to our next session

Had a great call today with Paul Lee. I was impressed with the preparation info sent before the call so we could make the best use of the time. It was good to be able to talk through my goals and what provisions I'm making towards them. We covered all the questions I had on the initial call and I have decided to have a further planning call to continue the conversation. Paul made it clear what I need to do so I can get the most out of the next meetings. I'm looking forward to getting some recommendations and suggestions so I can build towards my future.

I've never taken part in a session like this before, so when the opportunity arose I jumped at the chance. I like to think I am sensible with finances and this was really just a financial health check for me. However, when speaking with my coach, Justin, I was blown away by the level of detail Octopus Money go to, and with such a personal touch. There was no hard sell/upsell at the end, the decision was very much mine. I feel comfortable with my financial future now, I have some actions I can take to protect my family in the long run, and I am really looking forward to seeing my personalised plan.
