To be honest not everything comes perfect all the time, for example I put in a substitution for intolerances and the company acknowledged but the substitutions were not made, or another time with the upgraded small plus box we received moldy strawberries that quality control did not catch.
I have to say, even though these instances happened emails were sent and I received email responses back from the Odd Bunch team less then 24 hours later and they always corrected the issue or made things right.

I will copy and pasted my last email response at the end that I got from the team as I was not expecting them to be as proactive with my email however, it shows they do put their clients best interest first.
This is why I have not cancelled my subscription and continue use Odd Bunch as they do provide great service and a variety of produce that I enjoy that is not getting wasted due to the odd shape or size.
It is also was cheaper then if it you were to buy the same items in grocery stores.
Definitely do not hesitate to try them out!

I love Odd Bunch! Win, win.....I save on groceries and I it saves on food waste. My family loves the food I make from the recipes. And I love trying new foods I never would have picked up grocery shopping.

Everyone should be using Odd Bunch. The quality of the produce is excellent, we get items I'd never have previously selected at the grocery store, and it's a tangible way to make a difference to food waste.

Fabulous produce - fresh and in great condition on arrival.

Meal choices have been more varied since. Trying new things weekly!

Overall quite pleased. However lettuce was not in edible condition and substitution was not dealt with. This is reason for giving only four stars.

I LOVE my boxes every week, produce is always fresh and I get enough reoccurring familiar options like broccoli mixed in with some new fruits/veggies that I can make my standard meals but also branch out and try new things! Saves so much money

Such a great concept! I love the variety of fruit and vegetables. It's a lot of fun to plan recipes each week. The produce is in perfect condition and you get great value for your money.

So easy to do. Like that you can skip a week. Although I wish it was set up with the default not getting the box and then the option to opt in if you want it, as I don’t need one every week.

Very happy with how fast my produce comes.

I am enjoying getting so many different vegetables in my box and learning different ways to cook them. It has expanded my meal selections and increased my veggie intake. Healthy! I do find that even a small box is too much for me every week so I need to skip boxes to keep up.

This is great idea! It saves money on produce, the product is fresher than what I find in the grocery stores and often of better quality. It saves me a lot of trips to the store. The customer support is also very responsive. I love the idea of reducing food waste. My only issue has been with delivery which has been a sore point. Boxes consistently delivered at the wrong location, at really odd hours (very late at night) despite very specific instructions, or left in the blazing heat or freezing cold which spoiled the produce. After many complaints, it has improved somewhat. It would be great to be able to specify a delivery timeline or alternate location (like the convenience store down the street) for when I am not home to bring in the box.

I've been really enjoying my experience with Odd Bunch so far! I'm wasting a lot less produce, planning meals around what I have that week, and using produce that I don't normally reach for which is fun! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to save money on produce!

Using Odd Bunch has helped me save money on fruits and produce. They have sent items I would not normally buy.

I appreciate the communication with Odd Bunch on the day of delivery-knowing when to expect the delivery is very helpful.

Here in Ottawa, Ontario, started a couple of months ago. Fell instantly in love with the concept. Just before joining had bought a book on the negative impacts to our bodies from ultra processed foods. So, deciding to join OddBunch was a godsend.

I ordered the juices (6 x 300ml each) three times now. The first time, the bottles were present in my box of produce. But, the last 2 times the juices are completely absent. Period. So, the first time the juices were absent was last Friday, and the 2nd time was this Friday. Maddening. Like, why post the availability of the juices on their site if they don't get delivered. Not sure if it's a coordination thing or what.

Aside for the problems ordering juices and not receiving them - have been quite pleased with the overall quality of fruits and veggies. I mean, sure, some weeks are better than others for selection content - but overall freshness and quality has been superior to that of most supermarkets. I judge this by the length of time my produce lasts before turning. So, that said, the freshness is quite impressive.

If it were not for the missing juices, I would rate them 6 stars out of 5!

I guess I'm just pretty p!ssed that my juices have been excluded 2 weeks in a row. I only had the juices the first time I ordered. I really like them. The taste is natural / fresh. Six run at $21 - so they are not giving them away. I read one review where someone was whining on about how watered down the juice was. Not sure what flavour of the 4 offered that was. No complaints on the Tropical Twist or Mandarin ones. They are neither thick nor watery. They were just plain good, like what I expected for that price.

its been great receiving these boxes on a Friday. I can use the weekend to prep and try new recipes. It can be fun getting a new ingredient and learning to cook something i haven't tried before. I do like its saving "ugly" produce and preventing food waste.
