Ordering my item was easy, thank you

I hadn’t heard of Odiwe but I’m impressed with the quality of your items and affordable prices. I’ll be shopping here again.

It was so easy to order and the choice of dresses nearly overwhelmed me, But i found the one hopefully more to follow thank you

I ordered a linen product and received polyester instead — not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted them about it, instead of taking responsibility, they asked ME to pay for return shipping on THEIR error. Completely unacceptable customer service.

If a company can’t even get the basic fabric right, and then tries to make the customer foot the bill for their mistake, that tells you everything about how they operate. Cheap materials, cheap policies, and zero accountability.

Save yourself the hassle — there are far better options out there that actually deliver what they promise. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.
