Sarnjit at Odyssey Travel was incredibly helpful when we were planning our first trip to Oman from Dubai. I felt unsure about the destination and where to begin but she put us completely at ease with thoughtful, first-hand advice about Oman as a place to visit, along with accommodation options across different price ranges. She recommended the Shangri-La, which exceeded our expectations and was exactly as she described.

Although we ended up booking independently due to being in a rush, Sarnjit had actually provided us with a fantastic quote that would have saved us a couple of hundred pounds; and in hindsight, we should have booked through Odyssey Travel. Even so, her advice and guidance were invaluable and genuinely shaped our trip. What really stood out was her non-pushy, caring approach and her clear expertise in the Middle East. We would definitely go directly to Odyssey Travel through Sarnjit for any future trips and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
