I made an order for running boards. They sent me the wrong item and then do not want to let me return it. Do not buy from them go through Amazon.

I ordered sidesteps for my 2026 Toyota tundra and only had them for 3 weeks. They are already rusted and filled with water. I am not happy with the quality of this product. On top of that the return policy is saying I need to return in same packages which I don’t have because I threw them out when I installed them. So now I have to spend more money to dispose of them because I didn’t get the quality I expected.

Fit is off at back of truck with cab . Uses stock truck bed rail system but it should be a bracket system that attaches behind rail so rail still can be used like competition. Leaks . Dust and debris gets in . Third component does not fold up have to take complete cover off to use bed . Poor design poor function. That is what I get for buying cheap .

What I ordered is exactly as advertised. The Tonneau top was easy to install (less than a hour) And I have recommended this brand to several people, The price point was definitly a factor. And it was delivered in 2 days

Horrible company, they shipped the wrong bed cover, waited 2 weeks for the return label. I shipped it back and they acknowledged it was received then said they would charging me 20% restocking fee. It’s been over 4 weeks now and I have received nothing from them. They took me for $612 dollars and won’t respond at all.

I would not even give them a star. I have a hole one of the tubes and they do not stand by their product. I installed the steps in January 2025 and by February 2026 a hole has opened on the bottom of the tube.

I reached out to their support and they said you are outside your warranty period. They do not stand by their poor quality and these are advertised to be made for the toughest road conditions. They are not a quality step and I would never purchase anything from this company as they are very dishonest and do not stand behind their products.

Terrible company and Terrible customer service.

Purchased and installed a set of running boards in late December 2025. The 💨 ng boards had a couple of dents and the company offered a partial refund which I thought was fair. February 2026 these running boards have paint coming off. I wood not recommend these. Quality of these running boards is very poor.

OEDRO is a great company stands by there product. Had a issue with rubber being sliced. They were quick to say they would fix the problem. But after looking and watching YouTube video. Found out that rubber pieces were their for shipping as to not bend hinges. Removed rubber and Truck Cover fits better now. Their was no instruction that said remove rubber before installing. Everything is good now, I am a happy camper.

I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased running boards and rust started after just one Wisconsin winter. This year is second winter and rust has exploded all over. These should never be sold where there is significant amount of winter weather. I will scrap this garbage this spring and never purchase anything from this company again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. It would be more accurate to state that this company has no customer service at all.
I ordered running boards for my truck, but I ordered the wrong size. I admit it - my fault. But I've been trying to communicate with them for days now, and all I get is vague, non-specific emails, clearly designed to make any return so difficult that customers eventually give up and leave them alone.
All inquiries or questions must be submitted by email. It takes at least 24 hours, often longer, before you receive any response. Today I tried calling them, and I was told that since my initial contact with them had been by email, they couldn't help me over the phone!
To add insult to injury, their last email mentioned a 20% restocking fee. I was not advised of any restocking fee before my purchase.
I don't have the time or patience to play their email games any more - I'm done.

Still waiting to return the item. Wrong size. Nobody is reaching out to me. I think that this is a scam! I will get my money back sooner or later. I will not tolerate this kind of business. Rotten tomatoes.

This company is the worst!!!! I paid $600 for a bed cover, used their drop down menu, they sent the wrong one. I told them I would like to return it and get the correct one in exchange. They would only answer my email once a week.
Now they are saying they will send $100 for me to keep the wrong one. That is the only option? I told them I would pay to ship it back for a refund as I had no need for it. They will not do it. They said to sell the wrong one on Facebook? What!?

Ordered a trunk bed mat for my 2015 ford and it doesn't fit. I emailed customer service to initiate a return. Customer Service advised that I need to take photos of the ill fitting mat as well as a 20% stocking fee upon return. However, I can settle for a $15 return and keep the item. Never have I ever! First time purchasing from this company and my last. The mat is too bulky for my truck bed. Don't purchase anything from this company.

What kind company the phone doesn't work !!!.
I order bed cover for my pick up truck 2019 Silverado 1500 LD so they send to me the wrong size and my order was specif right so now I want to return and they want to charge me return fees , so why I have to pay if the company made a mistake.
20% fees to return to pay for their mistake no away.
