Supper quality eye wear, super service and super delivery. Amazing company.

They carry my favorite sunglasses that I happen to purchase while vacating in Hawaii. I wanted a spare pair which I ordered but was quite disappointed that the cheapest shipping option was almost just as much as the cost of the sunglasses. They need to broaden their shipping options and change policy in regards to shipping.

This is my 2nd purchase with Olympic eyewear I absolutely adore y'alls site this purchase however I am keeping for myself.
Shipping comes right on time prices are more than comparable merchandise is better than a lot of the retail stores quality is great.
I'll never use anyone else for my eyewear.

After reading the reviews here, and seeing there were very few recent reviews, and they were not very good, I almost didn't order from Olympic Eyewear. But I'm glad I did. The website was easy to use when I placed an order. I had an issue where I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I contacted customer support and they got right back to me with the status of my order. (Btw, I later discovered that their confirmation email didn't go to "spam" which I had checked, but to another "promotions" folder in gmail.) The sunglasses were shipped and delivered in a reasonably timely manner - not quickly but not too slowly either. The best part, though, is that the sunglasses are in excellent condition. All of them. Happy to have done business with you, Olympic Eyewear.

I have been buying stock from Olympic Eyewear for the last few years.. they were good in the beginning and provided good service. But in last two to three years the quality of glasses they provide has gone extremely bad.
Every box has two to five pairs fautly with scratches on frames or lenses..sometime they come with broken legs.. On two occassion all fives boxes were damaged/defective.. not a single pair could be sold.. When company was contacted, there was not reply to this date. many emails were sent , also contacted via there customer contact page. no reply... so aftercare is really bad anyway.. but the quality of good is most important and they don't have that anymore.. To be honest since they started sourcing all of their stuff from China , quality has gone worse.. They were ok I guess when they had their supply from Taiwan..Very Disappointed. I am looking at alternatives and will only order no more than 5% of stock from them in future

I had high expectations from this company because of the reviews on their webpage but in reality their customer service is poor to non-existent; I ordered six boxes of sunglasses, two boxes of sunglasses most of it was scratched on the lenses because the packaging was very bad. I have been calling customer service almost everyday for 2 weeks now and all I get is promises, I asked them countless times for a return label and they never ever got back to me, not an email or call, everytime I called was the same script "I will make this issue urgent and someone will get back to you" till this day I'm still waiting.

Please stay away from this distributor they are irresponsible and don't care about their customers I was a first time buyer and I will never buy from them again!!

It would be appreciated to have a break on shipping for loyal customers - especially since pricing is prevalent upon your site with clients being able to see what retailers are charging and being charged.

Site was very easy to navigate. Hope I like the sunglasses. Hope to do more business with the company in the future.

The glasses were absolutely beautiful and well packaged for protection. I will be purchasing from the company again.

Item that came with order was wrong color. Email them for return and get correct color. 1 st email no response after 3 day I called and was put on hold for the longest time. I hung up. 2nd email sent after 2 days a response sent asking what was wrong. I sent pictures and item number. 3 days now and no reply back. Never shopping here again. Was supposed to be green. But got blue green. If I can post pictures I would. I believe they only post the good reviews on their page too. Go see pictures on review I did on their Facebook page of the color they sent compare to picture on their site.

In my last shipment, I had 2 dozen which were bad. One was Dxtreme, DXT1330 - the end of the temple comes off. Second one was FS P 5600, lens keeps falling out. These were 2 very nice styles and I liked them, but what do we do about this? Cannot sell them as they are defective. We've had good luck before with your shipments, but these are a disappointment.

If I could give less I would. Knock offs , Junk , bent , complete regret paying for anything from this company. You also have to pay duty fees which depending where you are is twice what you payed for the knock offs !! Buyer beware
