Always great. Ordered many many times. Not one complaint

The Merchandise was left in a facility that my son is not longer there. Sean the mail ma who received the 2 bixes. I spoke with couple of guys at your end before the Merchandise left the overseas and gave him my home address to re route the Merchandise; but hecwas unabke to caught it ontime when it reached the US. I am very upset; that Merchandise is sitting at First Steo in Pompano. I need help!!

I've ordered my sons shoes from OEYES 3 times and I've always been pleased. The shipping times seem to improve each time and that was my only issue I've ever had.

I ordered some shoes for my son to give to him for Christmas. I ordered them on November 17th and they shipped on November 23rd. They made it all the way to the city about an hour away here in the state of Washington and sat there from December 17th until the 31st then for some reason they went back all the way back to California. They were finally delivered on January 2nd so my son didn't get them for Christmas.

the product is fine, the delivery time to receive this item took over 1 month to receive at my door from when I made the purchase.

I have been emailing back and forth with regard to exchanging two pairs of shoes that I sent back on my own dime. Not only have I not gotten the exchanged shoes, but I also haven’t gotten an email response to explain why or when or if I will get the exchanged shoes.

Great site & company. Shoes are all as described. Shipping usually 2 weeks for US. I’ve bought from this site many times now.

Love the sneaker, just didn't like rhe chemical smell

2nd time ordering. 1st was great, this time not so much. I ordered the same sneakers I had in the past in a size 6. I was sent size 7.5. I contacted OEYES and heard everything from the factory made the mistake, they would send me the correct size if I agree to pay $30 custom fees, then they said the factory sent the right shoes, but they were mismarked, then it was that there was a conversion mistake and that I ordered the wrong shoes. In the end they refused to refund or send me the correct shoes. Also, could not speak with anyone as the phone numbers were invalid. All correspondence was via email. I will not be ordering from there again, very disappointed.

I was sent the wrong size sneakers and they would not send the correct sizes without me paying for another pair. Worst customer service. Very unhelpful and very disappointing.

I have ordered 7 pairs of sneakers from this site. Only one pair was a bit tight. The sizing is consistent and the quality is unmatched. I get compliiments everywhere I go - this site is legit!!! 🇺🇸

I ordered 2 pair of sneakers for my brother and he loves it

Scammmers!!!! 5 years ago, maybe no, I got my stuff without anything fishy. But yesterday July 2025 My card information was stolen as soon as I entered it, without even confirming the purchase I was being charged. Total of 5 attempts at 59.99. Around 5-6 phone calls from someone claiming to be my bank, yet asked for my social, bank account, etc. I did not share any information with them. I did however go to my bank today who showed me all the fraudulent attempts made by OEYES.com. They steal your identity. DO NOT TRUST!!!

I ordered scholl foot file. Received one from China not working and definitely not what I ordered. Tried to contact them it's impossible I have been scammed. Do not touch them with a barge pole. They are fly by nights. Rip off merchants.
